I would have to agree with the comments on their drivers. I've had more than a few encounters with their drivers on the road. Very aggressive and rude. I would never use them because of this.

I watched a cube van driving up St 42 and get on to I-75 at about 615am without any headlights on when it was just barely light. It was difficult to see the vehicle even thought it was white. But the
McKenny's lettering was clear to see -
McKenney's is a great company with many highly skilled technicians that specialize in different building system components. They are continuing to raise the standard for customer service, and the quality of the work they do is outstanding. I highly recommend them.

We had our hot water heater replaced by McKenney’s and I will admit there were some hiccups in the process. Specifically, we had a bad experience with an account manager. After sorting through the issues and speaking to several other individuals at the company to fix the issues, it was clear that the one individual at the company we had a bad experience with is not a true representation of who they are as a company. We were able to work out the issues and get them resolved to satisfaction. I would recommend looking at other companies if you are looking for residential work/pricing. I learned that McKenney’s work is predominantly in the commercial space.

Horrible drivers. Will ride your tails with high brights on. Can't stay in their own lanes either
-
One of their drivers almost ran me off the road and then shrugged like he didn't care. Do better. Not only was I driving the speed limit he had a lane he was in. I guarantee if my skin was lighter it wouldn't have happened. I'm disgusted

Wouldn’t let this company do ANY work on my projects based off of the way their employees drive around Atlanta. The lack of safety is concerning for a company that revolves around that as their priority.

my good friend Brandon came into work today with a very worrying story... and i can tell he is a little shook up. My friend Brandon was in the left lane on the high way, and Mr. McKenny's driver did a very aggressive maneuver moving into right lane to pass. Then abruptly cut over into Brandons lane nearly running him off the road. Then further up the road Mr. Mckenneys driver pulls up to the side of Brandon and makes a gun with his fingers and then proceeds to shoot the fictional weapon at Brandon... Is this tolerated Mr Mckenney??? I would like Mr. Mckenneys direct line to address this.

Driver in McDonough around 3:40 am driving like a psychopath and yelling profanity out the window. “Safety is priority” Need to revisit your hiring process.

Was hoping for information regarding work. The receptionist at the front desk in the office took one look at me and responded very rudely like I was bothering her. She needs a refresher course on customer service. Needless to say, I also have a background in Human Resources. Please let your receptionists know they need to be more polite with EVERYBODY, they do not know who they are speaking to. Maybe if I had been wearing my two piece suit instead of work attire things would have been different. This is in regards to the African American lady at the front of the office, I did not catch her name otherwise I would’ve named her directly. She was very unprofessional.

I’m so mad that the McKinneys drivers on the road are preoccupied with their coffee or music and drive like maniacs in Atlanta area! This driver was so close to crashing into my van. The numbers on the vans are either busy or do not work. For a “multi million” dollar company, do better! For the safety of those around you, do better McKinneys!

While traveling for our vacation through the Atlanta area on 75NB around Barrett Parkway or Acworth or something, a company truck decided that tailgating our car and turning on the bright high beams was a SAFE thing to do. Not just once, but repeatedly. Your employee damn near slammed into the back of us because my husband reactively slammed on brakes due to being blinded. Whoever you guys have working for you let alone driving your company trucks (truck# 2676 tag# SCW4933) is not doing a great job by representing your business and what it says it stands for. Do better with leadership & training.

Had an issue with a commercial AC unit. My technician Charles was communicative, professional, and very pleasant to work with through the entire process. He thoroughly explained the problem and his solution along with additional information about the AC system I did not know.

Friendly and quality service. The workers here treat you like family and the work they do is the best service a business/company could use.

Witnessed a McKenney’s truck almost hit a young man turning right onto Peachtree Road from Piedmont Road. Pedestrian was walking when he had signal and the driver of the truck was clearly distracted. How embarrassing.
