I wouldn't waste my time calling this company because if you have to take off work for them to come out plan on taking an extra day. They have been out at my house multiple times and still haven't fixed the problem plus they have no respect for other people's time. Your lucky of you can get someone to answer the phone when you call. One tech really doesn't know what the other is doing. I've had 2 out here now and one said it was thing and the other another, now I'm just waiting for someone to figure it out and it be fixed. Please call another company my rental company uses this place and I had no choice.

Called and asked if they can service commercial as well as residential and the person who answered the number listed on their webpage (clearly in their car), did not know (?) and gave me a number to call. Called that, someone answered "hello" (not very professional) and was weird about answering my question. Both interactions were extremely sketchy.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. After the technician came out and failed to recognize the compressor was busted, I was left with no A/C in 95 degrees plus weather with three small children. After speaking with him the following day, I was led to believe he would be returning that day. A week later I reached out to my leasing company and was informed they were never told I needed additional repairs. I called Complete again to ask where we were and was told a technician would be out the next day. Three hours into the five hour window I called to make sure someone would be coming out. I was told YES. Two hours later I get a call informing me no one was coming and they would schedule me for the following day. If you have any other option, DO NOT USE COMPLETE HEATING AND AIR. They don't care. Their performance, policies, and customer service is severely lacking.

I have two HVAC systems and two dryer vent systems in my house. Both of them were cleaned and I added a mold treatment to one of the basement HVAC units. The technician was punctual and very friendly. I would highly recommend Atlanta air pro :)

I found this company online, initially I was hesitant to give them a try but I am happy that I followed my mind. I called a few other companies to compare prices and they had the best price. I got a notification when the technician was on his way, he was very polite and professional a great representation of the company. I am ABSOLUTELY happy with the service and would recommend this company to anyone.

Atlanta Air Pro provided excellent ductwork cleaning and sanitizing services for both my HVAC units, including blower and outdoor unit cleaning. They were fairly priced, easy to communicate with via text throughout the process, and offered convenient payment options like Cash App and Venmo. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and sent progress photos as requested. Great communication and I’d definitely use them again.
