Patrick installed 2 new HVAC for my house to replace my 17+ years old comfortmakers. He is very skilled and great at his job. He is definitely our HVAC guy.

I am so glad I found Varner Heating & Air from a friend's referral. He had Patrick, a technician come out the same day I called to service my 17+ year old HVAC unit. Water was leaking all over the the basement coming from dirty coils.

Patrick was a great pleasant and a skilled guy. You can tell he loves his job! :)

A well know company that has been "servicing my units told me that they could no longer service my old unit because of the "Clean Air Act" I had never heard that before. I will never do business again with or mention that other company's name.

I am going to get an estimate to replace my old units. Varner is definitely my HVAC company now! :)

This is just a warning. Five ppl recommended Varner’s HVAC. However they won’t work w Home insurance companies. I pay $1600/yr for insurance...and am getting nowhere.
If I hadn’t paid these premiums I would have enough in savings to fix this HVAC.
I don’t blame Varners. I used to HATE dealing with medical insurance. I would charge 10% if patients paid cash. I’m getting killed in this pandemic. I just went thru high heat and humidity w no HVAC; my service dog up in vet hospital for heat exhaustion while I ended up in isolation in hospital for heat exhaustion and dehydration d/t my cancer. No furnace as it’s getting cold.

Derek Varner came out today on short notice to give me a second opinion on the credibility on a Heat pump system on property we are considering buying. He was Awesome to talk to and Very professional. Made sure i was understanding all he was presenting to me. Where the first Co. was going to charge well over $600.00 for a repair that wasn't even needed it turns out , Derek had me up and running at $125.00 in less that 2 hours . Varner Heating & AC is the kind of HVAC service you Hope and Pray For !! Very honest and Very Knowledgeable and Very Thorough ! I wouldn't Hesitate to recommend Derek Varner HVAC to family, friends, or anyone. You will be treated fairly, respectfully, and honestly. I wish more companies had this type of work ethic.
