Y’all. Y’ALL. I texted the business at 230pm after realizing my AC wasn’t working. It’s was 85F in my bedroom and I was borderline going to divorce my husband because of the overheated anger. This guy showed up the SAME DAY. Witting hours he was in my attic, covered in insulation, hunched over and working while laying on his side. He identified the issue and worked until 9 PM! At night!!! He even dashed to his workshop with a busted part, fixed it and brought it back that same day. When the AC finally kicked on it was legit 87F in the bedroom. I’m tempted to run away with this man. I’m finally able to sleep.

They charged my wife 195$ per lb of 410A; total charge was more than 680$ for 3.5 lbs which is absurd. they really took advantage of the fact she didn’t know any better and that I wasn’t home to challenge them on the price.
