Joshua did a great job an got us up and running again in no time.

Joseph was Kind and courteous. He gave me a run down of the a/c issues (half I didn't understand) and fixed it fast. I definitely recommend this business.

This is about the third/fourth time that I have used this company for various repairs (hvac/water heater). I appreciate the responsiveness to my issues as well as the speedy repairs. The owner is very knowledgeable about various problems regarding the systems they repair. Definitely a repeat customer.

I called in an emergency loss of heat call. Mind you the temp was in the 30’s and I have a special needs daughter. The call was made Friday, they came out and advised they would need to order the part, if I haven’t heard anything by Monday around 12 to call. I called Monday, into Tuesday morning only to have met with a female that stated she would check and get back with me in 5 min. I called back 5 hours later to be told the final part would be in late that afternoon and it would be the next morning 8-11. I called at 11 when no one showed up and was advised she told me 8-12; called me a liar, was rude and unprofessional. I called back at 1230 still no one here and was advised he would be here at 1. The gentleman showed up, replaced the part and left. He did not wire it properly and now I am writing this review, my husband is trying to figure out what is wrong and still no heat. I am tired of calling 10-15 time only to speak to a female that has attitude and provides no customer service. Highly do no recommend!!!!!!!!

Thankful for the responsiveness of this company being a parent of toddlers who also works full time, this is a very big deal. Lawd Joshua Jelks is a godsend. After MONTHS of complaints regarding an HVAC system that wasn’t working properly, and visits by multiple incompetent HVAC companies and maintenance; Joshua was sent to take a look at this horrible system. The rental company didn’t want to hear that something was wrong with the HVAC system. When he arrived, he listened and spent more than five minutes with the system. This was a huge plus for me. He told me what the issues were and came back to fix it within a couple of days. When I say I am ecstatic 🤩!!! I’m beyond ecstatic 🤩!!! Thank you Joshua!!!! Thx 🙏🏾

At night they texted me to set up an emergency call that was forwarded by my rental company and I responded back 11 minutes later and agreed to their arrival time. I also called the next morning to confirm my appointment and the young lady that answered the phone confirmed I was on the schedule and the estimated time of arrival. I texted back as the arrival window was closing and then they said i did not respond back to the text from the night before. They would also not answer their phone either. Very Very unhappy especially with it being a holiday weekend and family will be miserable.

The leasing company I rent from hired A.D. Campbell for an A/C repair on my home. Joshua was print and arrived right at the beginning of the service window that was given, wore a mask and shoe covers without being asked, was personable and knew his craft. Most of all, he had my A/C working again same day. HIGHLY recommend Josh from A.D. Campbell he is a professional at what he does!

When your living within this Georgia heat, u need fast, reliable and professional service to manage your AC unit! A.D Campbell Services provided that and much more!! When our compressor went out, Mr. Campbell was very informative from the diagnosis of what needed to be replaced to the timeframe that he could replace it! No hidden agenda! No gimmicks! No extra fees! After checking the warehouse to make sure our part was in stock, Mr. Campbell was back to install the compressor and our home was cooler than a fan! A&D Campbell heating and cooling came out to my house in Marietta today to replace /install a brand new air conditioning unit. The technician was Joseph Roberts. Joseph was on time, very friendly, very knowledgeable on what size air conditioner we needed and everything that needed to be done to make installation run smoothly. He made sure he educated me on how the unit is supposed to work and what to look for in the future if there were any problems. Update 6/23/23: had to take another day off work for 2 guys to come to repair hvac again. First guy here around 10am for about hour ish, then said Joseph would be back to finish up sometime today. Joseph came around 345p and got the air conditioner unit up and working again. He said this was a permanent fix so we shouldn’t have any more problems. Thanks fellas🤞🏽🤞🏽🙂

From the very first phone call with your office, I was patiently given simple answers to my multiple questions about the possible causes of my AC breakdown and what it may take to repair. I cannot recommend these people enough. We hd issues getting the repair approved through our landlord and AD Campbell worked with us after hours to find a way to schedule someone next day so we can have AC for our daughters party. On top of the above am beyond level of service their front office gave us. Each time the technicals came to the house they were the most professional and nicest people. In todays world AD Campbell really do go the extra mile to ensure the highest customer service. I cannot thank them enough!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. This company is not reliable or professional. I called them to do a diagnostic in May. The first appointment I scheduled, no one ever showed up or called to say they were not going to come. I called back the next day, I was told a supervisor name Joseph would come out to look at the unit. He did come & he was very nice & knowledgeable. I asked for a written report to know exactly what is wrong with the unit. After about four days I called back because I never received the report. I spoke to a lady name Brittney. She said she would review the report & send it out. It is now July and I still have not received the report. I have called a few days a week since then and they no longer answer my calls. In fact I just called again this morning. If you do not want your time wasted and want a reliable company do not call this company.
