Anderson was very accommodating of my busy schedule to evaluate my HVAC system. He picked up on (and fixed) an issue that others had missed when I moved in two years ago. His prices are reasonable, he is very knowledgable, and is he easy to work with. I will definitely be using Indoor Experts for my future HVAC needs.

Our HVAC unit went out this year and I started shopping around for a new unit. I found Anderson and he quickly came over assessed my issue and offered me a couple quotes. He was very knowledgeable and able to get us up and running swiftly! You know your AC is cold when your wife has the heat on in the summer!

Update, 10/3/25: I wrote the below review two years ago and just noticed that the company responded to the review four months ago claiming that they would resolve any issues promptly. I have never heard from them since the original experience in 2023, so no attempt was ever made to resolve the issue.

Original post, summer 2023: I called Indoor Experts for a second option on my broken AC. Upon their recommendation, I paid them to replace the condenser fan motor (~$700). Within a few days, while I was out of town, the AC stopped working again. I called and left a message the day I returned to town (Sunday), but had to call multiple times the next workday (Tuesday) before getting a response. They came three times that week (Tues, Wed, Thurs) but were unable to identify the problem and the AC remained not working all week. On Thursday afternoon when the tech left, he was on hold with the unit manufacturer to try to get their assistance identifying the problem. He said he would come back later that day. He never came back and never called. By midday Friday no one had come back or called, so I called and spoke to someone about the situation and they said they'd pass on the message. No one called back so later that afternoon I called again (they had no record of my first call that day) and this time was told they hadn't been able to reach the manufacturer, and that because it was now close to the end of the day on a Friday, it would have to wait till Monday when they would try harder to tech the manufacturer by staying in hold as long as needed. I asked why they couldn't have done that Friday? I pushed but they continued to say they would try again on Monday, in the meantime I've been home in Atlanta summer with no AC for a week in a row, and the tech had left the thermostat completely disassembled. I called another company that afternoon and they came on Saturday and fixed the problem (a wiring issue) for ~$400 and the AC has been up and running since.

Same day service. Gave updates regarding delays which is so considerate. They fixed an issue quickly. Was transparent early on regarding prices. Didn’t feel that I was being upcharged. Hopefully never issues with my HVAC but if I do they are who I’m calling

I will start by saying that I have never given a written review before. Normally, I will give the business a call to tell them how happy I was with their service. I gave Indoor Experts to do just that and I was compelled to write this review as well. After spending an hour or so reading reviews, I came across this company and every review was 5 stars. I mean every review! I decided to call their number at 10:30 pm to leave a message. i received a return phone call at 9:00 the next morning. But here is the catch, I didn't leave a message. Tracey called me back anyway. At 10:15 Ismael was standing at my door. I was really impressed with the fact that he was only two months out of school and you could tell he was still learning how on the job and I was ok with that because I was once that kid fresh out of school and needed someone to believe in me. He had my AC working within 2 hours. Ismael it was truly my pleasure meeting you and I can tell you were raised the right way and I am sure you your parents are proud of you.

They are amazing! Anderson was our technician and he was so nice and thorough. He is the 4th HVAC technician we have had come out in a year and a half (all different companies) and he was BY FAR the best. They are very quick with communication as well. Thanks Indoor Experts!

I love love love this company. I have been using them around 5-6 years and love the customer service, prices, and the quality of the work. Every time we have HVAC issues I call Mr. Anderson and he comes in a good time frame. Is very knowledgeable about anything that has to do with heating and air. I do not allow anyone else to touch our systems at both of our homes. If you use their service you will not be disappointed.

Can't recommend highly enough. Anderson was thoughtful and accessible in explaining to me what was wrong and didn't try to push anything on me. He was prepared to repair my very old furnace and sought ways to save me money. When I opted to purchase a new furnace instead, he walked me through a variety of options and let me choose without pushing the expensive options. He was judicious and fair. As for the work, he came out and installed the new furnace the very next day. He encountered a small amount of work he hadn't anticipated (had to move my gas line) and did not charge me extra. He also waived the initial inspection fee since I had gone with the new furnace instead. All in all, an expedient, well executed, and (all things considered) affordable transaction with an extremely courteous professional. I recommend Indoor Experts to anyone and will call them again for any routine inspections and maintenance.

I just want to let everyone know, Indoor hearing and air is the company you want to use. Anderson, one of the owners cafe out to do a few repairs for me. He did them quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended by my son, I called during a heat wave when my AC went out. Although everyone in ATL was booked for a week or more, they scheduled my appt faster than anyone by days, we’re on time,got the job done quickly and professionally, cleaned up, and I’m very satisfied with the service and my new AC and Heating! We’ve had unfortunate luck as our downstairs AC unit has had issues on multiple occasions where it stopped working and it’s only 4 years old. However, Mr. Anderson and his staff have always promptly evaluated every issue and fixed so quickly. They are very professional and thorough while still getting the job done quickly. This company is fair with their pricing and trustworthy. We highly recommend them!

Words can't express how I feel right now. I absolutely love love this company. Mr. Anderson was very knowledgeable and fair with prices. Every since my husband of 14 year pass away, I really hate dealing with stuff like this because he handled these types of issue for the family. I often feel intimidated by service repair people because they often try and rip people off but not this company. Mr. Anderson is the truth and highly recommend this company.

We just needed a system inspection and maintenance check. He was thorough, quick, gave us tons of helpful information, and had an incredibly easy online billing platform. I would absolutely recommend Indoor Experts and Anderson to any and everyone. I called them after the first HVAC company did not fix my problem. Anderson and Savon were here until 11:30pm working on my unit to be sure that we had AC over night. Anderson was also able to trouble shoot a problem that was outside the normal scope to rewire a few things and save me from having to pay for an extra visit and extra part. All in all they’re very knowledgeable, they have very fair pricing, are very honest, and very professional. Thank you!

By far my best experience with a home service/repair company. Anderson was able to diagnose the problem with our HVAC, provide a couple of reasonably priced options, and then execute the job (which was massive) in the course of a single day. A true integrity based business that we will definitely be using for any future needs. Highly recommended.

They were able to come out quickly, even though we weren’t experiencing an emergency. The tech was efficient and communicative. They performed the repair quickly and the price was reasonable. I’ll definitely use them again for any heater/air con needs.

Best decision I’ve made!! My A/C went out after a storm and lightening hit. I called the office that morning and left a message of my issue. I received a call back from Tracy (who was a complete gem) within an hour to discuss and schedule. The tech came roughly 2 hours later and called when they were 15 minutes away. He arrived on time, with masks and shoe covers, was professional and worked quickly. Prices were fair too. I would give them a million stars if possible. Impeccable customer experience!!

Anderson was awesome to work with - he provided honest estimates based on our budget, he was personable, and he worked quickly. Just recently he came back out to our home to review an issue we had and found a way to fix it without major work needed to our ceiling. I’d give him 6 stars out of 5 if I could!

Highly recommend Indoor Experts Heating & Air Condition for their high quality and efficient work! Our furnace stopped working. Alexander (?) came on time. He quickly identified the underline issue and fixed it within couple of minutes. Tracy (?) in the office handled customer request promptly and friendly. When asking for an invoice for filing with my home warranty, she was very cooperating, This process is still on-going. I will follow up with my review.

Great customer service. Our unit is fairly new, so I was surprised when it died last night. I was able to call and get an appointment this evening, which was wonderful. Anderson took one quick look at the unit, knew exactly how to fix it, and did so right away. The pricing was also very reasonable, and he didn't try to up sell anything (I can't stand pushy sales people). The house is still in the process of cooling down, but I couldn't wait to review this awesome company! I highly recommend them.

My home AC system had been freezing up last week in this record GA heat. I called Indoor Experts and Anderson came out and checked the pressures in my system and he determined that the pressure was too low. He proceeded to find a leak in my evaporator coil using his probes. He was able to secure a replacement under warranty with Goodman and had it shipped out promptly from out of state. Since shipping took a little longer than expected, Anderson went above and beyond and came back out to make sure we made it through the hot weekend with some extra refrigerant to keep our system cooling properly. The new coil came in today and he came by first thing to replace it and refill the system, making sure it was good to go! Anderson is very polite, punctual, and as professional as they come. His service made it obvious that he really cares about his customers. I can't recommend Indoor Experts enough!
