Air conditioner system was not repairable.
It took exactly 3 days from initial visit for diagnosis to installation of a new A/C and furnace. Very pleased with install by Sean and Dalton. They explained the installation process and answered all of my questions.

I was very satisfied with Peppers Technician Michael. He answered all my questions and I had a lot of them.He repaired my Heating System (heat pump) and completely checked everything out to my satisfaction .I would recommend Peppers and would use them again.

A few months ago, I called Peppers because my heat pump turned itself completely off and would not come back on. They quickly diagnosed the problem (which was the the condensate pump was not getting power from it outlet, and the unit was turning itself off rather than flooding the basement with condensation that the pump would not handle. They gave me an easy workaround (plug the condensate pump into a different outlet) and that was that. (An electrician later fixed the circuit.)

I was impressed enough with them that I signed a maintenance contract for my system and they called last week and came out today. to do the summer checkup.

Would recommend this company for their professionalism, timeliness and honesty. Mike our contact was and has been friendly, courteous and helpful when I asked questions or poised concerns on what to do next. He is even dog and cat friendly, which is a HUGE plus in our book. Without a doubt the best service I have gotten by just picking them out of the blue. 5 stars to this company and all their employees, from customer service to maintenance!

It is hard to find a trustworthy company in big cities where monopolies have taken over the industry. I recommend Peppers to anyone looking for a new HVAC- they are a family run business with competitive pricing and AMAZING service.
Thomas is the service manager and was my tech for my recent tune-up; extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and for once you feel like your getting your money’s worth.

I often think about writing reviews but then get too busy to do it. Taking time to make sure Peppers gets a good review. I especially wanted to praise Thomas Shaw who was our service person! I hope he gets promotions and goes far. He came on time, asked outside the door if my husband had alerted me he was coming (company had let husband know he was on his way) and made sure I could see his Peppers van in driveway. He was professional and pleasant in all his interactions and gave the air of being trustworthy with a good work ethic. He asked questions and explained before and after what he was doing. He even cleaned off our overgrown outdoor unit (on a hot day!) and said he killed as many ants as he could see, but recommended what we could do to prevent further ants and issues. Good price for the service. I usually dread dealing with home repair meetings but I would look forward to working with Peppers/Thomas again. It seemed like the company trains their workers well in general. I think my husband picked them randomly from their good reviews.
