I am so glad I called PV heating, cooling & plumbing today. Not only did Jason provided maintenance on my heating and air units. He was so knowledgeable in making us aware of what was needed to keep our home safe. Jason was very detailed about the need to replace an old unit, and what steps we need to take. I have dealt with PV for years and never have I had any concerns about any recommendations they have made.

Kevin alerted me with his eta and arrived on time, put on his shoe covers. Kevin was professional and personable through out the visit. Kevin clearly communicated the evaluation in terms I could easily understand. Kevin completed the safety checks and reignited my hot water heater without issue, Kevin demonstrated how to monitor and use the control nozzle and where and how to locate the gas shut off valve. Kevin also shared some cost saving service tips.

I woke up to a blower motor that wasn't working. They had a team member, Nick Castillo, out to my place within 2 hours. Nick was very friendly and quick to diagnose the problem, quote me on the repairs, get the parts needed, and replace the broken motor. He even suggested ways to prevent this from happening again and pointed out a drain pipe that is almost clogged. This is my first time using PV but I will definitely be using them in the future thanks to the excellent service I received.

Came to my house at the last minute to unclog a drain and get my Airbnb back into business while I was still on the road, returning from a trip. Every interaction was professional and courteous.
And wesley did an outstanding job fixing the problem, cleaning up afterwards, and communicating clearly and promptly throughout. The icing on the cake was that it was reasonably priced! Highly recommend.

Justin was very knowledgeable and personable. He arrived on time, got our heating system up and running quickly, and was in and out without any hassle. He cleaned up behind himself and explained what he was doing along the way. The wait time for service wasn’t long at all. Overall, a great experience from start to finish

Robert was great. Had my hvac inspected, he was on time, thorough and quick. We didn't have any issues, but he did offer a few things to consider without pushing it on me which I appreciated. Planning to have them fix a few of our plumbing issues because of the positive experience!

We switched HVAC maintenance providers to PV and are glad we did. David was thorough and provided good explanations of what he saw and did. The photos he took of the key parts of the heat pump were reassuring especially after the workout it has been put through this winter!

I reached out to PV this past summer for a maintenance check on our AC unit since we moved into our house in 2024. When we bought our house, it was completely remodeled. Whoever installed the duct work, put the wrong size in for the 3 ton unit we have. PV installed the correct size & the quote we got was very reasonable. They were efficient & very professional. We had them come out this past week to check on our furnace and again they noticed something that was installed wrong. The technician Robert was very informative & thorough in explaining what needed to be corrected. This is a company I recommend for any HVAC issues or maintenance.

Mark H. was an absolute joy to meet. I had back to back HVAC maintenance visits for 2 properties with Mark H. Such a nice and engaging young man. Polite, respectful and very caring. He explained everything thoroughly for each system, and alerted me to any areas for future concerns. A great asset to PV. I will name request him for future service. 👍

My heat went out during the coldest time of the year. PVs was there the same day to inspect and the next day to replace my entire system. They conducted the job in a very neat and efficient manner and more importantly, when the finished everything worked as it should. Good Job

Paul was very sincere with his concern regarding my most recent service recent, the conversation was very professional, and I am satisfied with the resolution agreed upon to remedy the dissatisfaction with the service visit.

We had a really positive experience with PV's service. Our friend recommended their service after we ran into issues only months after our renovation. Our contractor really messed up our HVAC installation. Whatever could go wrong went wrong. To the point that we were experiencing 10F difference between the floors! We only have a small townhome. The Sales Rep James was super pomopt and the technician Jacob was super helpful! We felt much reassured with their service rather than going back to our contractor despite the fact we are under warranty with the builder. This says a lot about the trust we felt towards PV, James and Jacob, the great technician who came out today. We definitely recommend their service.

I've had three PV employees out to help troublshoot and fix my heat (Josh P, David J, and Justin R). I can't say enough good things about my experiences with each of them. They saved me when another company incorrectly told me I needed a total system replacement. Each person who came out to assist was kind, courteous and helpful. PV Plumbing came to our rescue! They responded incredibly quickly and arrived promptly when we needed help most. The work was done professionally and efficiently, and they made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.

Gas furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year. Cameron S came out and checked my furnace and even gas fireplace / gas meter to confirm it was an issue with gas and let me know to contact the utility company. Being 8 months pregnant I really appreciated his attitude and helpfulness. Well worth the service fee in my opinion. Will use PV in the future.

They came out quicker than expected, were the only ones to suggest hydrojetting as a potential solution, and camera'd RIGHT after drainage so I could finally see the issue. I am quite happy with the service! Mr. Tice is very professional and super nice. 100% would recommend and use again.
