I've bin to many stores. Sun air have them all beet with curticy customer service and knowledge of there products. That's my one stop shop!

Thougt it might be a one off situation so I go to this location, worst customer service I received in a while. Rude counter rep answered phone, huffing and puffing because he didn't want to be to work that day so decided to be an @$$hole. Didn't want to give me the quote I called about because I wanted one too many brands (O.B. & Rdd). Couldn't believe it, actually thought it was a joke til he hung up on me in my face. All I will say is spend the extra $100 or so just for the peace of mind.

Juan's customer service skills at Forest Park location are the worst compared to everyone else that works at any of the locations.

If he doesn't like his job, he needs to find another!

Great customer service friendly and helpful it's getting necessary parts when needed I will recommend them to all HVAC trade.
