Spectacular experience with Dwight and Hope Heating and Air! They were extremely communicative about arrivals and if they were running a little late. Dwight was very knowledgeable and very patient with all of our questions and concerns. He was also very respectful of our home. He was able to save us $1000s of dollars with a simple fix for our furnace. Never were we told our unit was too old or we must buy a new unit! Best customer service we have ever received from any AC company we’ve dealt with in Georgia!

Ryan is very professional. He was very knowledgeable of the ecoBee system. He got everything running less than an hour. Thank you for being affordable. I will definitely call Hope Heating & AC Repair again. 5 Star Service!

I had a very positive experience with this company. I had an issue where another HVAC company had made a routine visit, and told me that the compressor in my unit was not working. Ryan and his colleague visited my home to give me a second opinion, and they were prompt, conducted their diagnostic and were very honest about my system by letting me know there were no issues. If you have to make a choice for an HVAC company or are experiencing issues, do not hesitate to call them. It's a company that is full of integrity and will ensure that they do their best to ensure you have the best possible results.

Incredible service from Hope Heating & AC Repair!

Our HVAC unit stopped working last night, and Ryan spent 20 minutes on the phone with me at 7 PM trying to diagnose the issue. He asked me to text him pictures and check many different things to try to figure out what was going on.

He came by the next morning and quickly identified and fixed the issue.

He also let me know of things that I could do to prevent the issue from cropping up again, and let me know more robust things that he could do to prevent the issue without being pushy or salesy.

I will definitely go back to them with any future HVAC issues that I have, and would highly recommend them!

It’s almost been a year since Ryan installed my new AC system. He did a great job and I’m glad I went with his company. He was very patient and explained everything to me. I highly recommend him.

I needed a second opinion about work a prior HVAC contractor said I needed done. Ryan came out and found the real problem, the unit just needed to be cleaned properly. Though we did not get to work since we already had carrier system and they unfortunately don’t support carrier installs. Ryan’s customer service is top notch. We will definitely work with them for any future heating and air conditioning needs.

Working with Ryan from Hope Heating and Air was the best experience. He is very knowledgeable. We did our due diligence of having several contractors come and inspect our A/C when it started giving out and Ryan was by far the best. We installed a new unit with him and he was punctual with arrival and installed within the time frame given. It’s been over a year since the install and we have had no issues. We have since worked with him to get filter changes / yearly inspections and it’s always a great experience. I highly recommend!
