Furnace shut down on a cold day and Estes came out and took care of it quick. Lee Smith was knowledgeable and took the time to explain what happened and took care of the problem. Estes is always our first call when something isn’t working appropriately. You won’t be disappointed.

David was very professional and quick in servicing my AC units. I appreciate him arriving promptly and early within the service window and had no issues. Pleased with my maintenance contract so far.

Estes takes care of my 2 HVAC units. Today David came out to do the winter inspection. He is very friendly, courteous, and respectful. I hope David continues to be the technician sent to my home.

I called Estes yesterday for my routine annual maintenance, and they arrived promptly the next morning. I worked with Juan Cabrera, who clearly explained everything that needed attention. His professionalism and customer service were outstanding. I don’t usually leave reviews, but Juan truly deserved one—exceptional experience!

Greg Richards was amazing!! He talked me through everything he did and tried multiple methods for getting our sinks unclogged on our older house. He was kind and honest. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work he did. In my opinion, he went above and beyond and was able to get my sinks unclogged, when another plumber couldn’t. That plumber also wanted to tear down a wall, but Greg was able to get it done without doing that. Thank you so much for helping us start the year right!

I recently had Mr Rowland come out and repair my furnace. I couldn't be more pleased with the service, from start to finish the experience was outstanding.

He was very professional and courteous. The repair was completely efficiently. The system is running great! If you need reliable, honest, and skilled service. I highly recommend Mr Rowland. I will definitely be calling them for ay future needs!

Trevor and Jaythan replaced our 15-year old heat pump today. They completed the job in less than three hours efficiently. Prices have increased since the last installation, but remained reasonable for a higher end system. Have used Estes for the past 30 years and will continue to do so.

Estes came out for regular maintenance of or HVAC and did a great job! Donovan Lee explained everything he did very clearly and described upcoming steps and recommendations with no pressure. We are thrilled to use Estes in our home and look forward to continuing with them.

Trevor, Ruben, and Fray were all great. We homeschool our kids and they were so kind and took care of their spaces they occupied while doing the work. They arrived ontime and did an amazing job installing our new furnace and hvac unit. They explained every clearly and easily. Extremely professional. Grateful and highly recommend!

Fray and Chris H. recently installed a new furnace in our house, and removed the old one. They were very friendly, courteous and prompt! The whole process went smoothly; they answered all of our questions, and took special care to make sure our floors, walls and driveway were clean and undamaged. We’ve always had good service with Estes, and Chris and Fray were great examples of the quality of their technicians.

Through a series of unexpected and sudden events, I needed a new HVAC system urgently. Everyone from sales to installation went smoothly and they worked with me to help make sure I could have heat at my house again.

Jared and Byron showed up the morning of the install, they came out on a cold morning and crawled around in a very tight crawlspace to install the new system. Quick, efficient and very helpful and informative. Answered all my questions and went on their way! They were great techs!

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for HVAC services.

December 24th
Donovan was my technician today. This service is a routine inspection Estes provides semi-annually.
Donovan completed the service in a timely manner. He briefed me thoroughly and left me feeling confident that my heating unit was in great shape. He offered an additional service which I felt was reasonably priced. I took the offer wanting to keep my investment running efficiently.

Technician Chris Fray and assistant was very professional, polite, and respectful. Excellent work, our problem was fix efficiently, great skill. They also kept the work area tidy and cleaned up after themselves. Excellent job!! 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

Elliot and Jarred were spectacular! They made the process smooth, answered all of my questions, and were very communicative the entire time. They were friendly and professional and made the entire experience great!

Excellent response time (came out within 2 hours of placing the service call). Determined our issue, had the necessary replacement on his truck and had us up and running 2 hours later. Greg Richards was the BEST! On a scale from 1-10, he was at least a 12! Extremely courteous and knowledgeable.

I must give credit where credit is due. Miguel is amazing! He's been to my condo to service and help troubleshoot my heating several times in the past two weeks. He was professional, punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and he allowed time for my questions. Never did I feel rushed or dismissed. These are rare qualities in service providers these days. Thank you Estes for providing such an incredible young man. Way to go, Miguel!!

Unfortunately our heating system decided to stop working just as we were experiencing one of the coldest nights of the year. I called the after-hours service to see if I could get on the schedule for the first thing that day. Not only did they get me on the schedule but Jorge contacted me within a few minutes to let me know that he would be at my location within 30 to 40 minutes! I was extremely concerned about being without heat due to the inclement weather; however Jorge was able to get the problem fixed really quickly and got our heater back working just in time. He has serviced our location before and is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We're very appreciative of Estes and especially Jorge for servicing our home.

We had Estes replace our 20 year old HVAC system with a new Carrier system. The difference is beyond night and day. The crew was very professional and did a fantastic job. Definitely recommend Estes for any home repair needs. Special thanks to Trevor, Jaythan, Jared, and Byron.

My furnace went out so I had to purchase a new one. Sam made the finance process so easy and Trevor and Jathan did an excellent job on the install. Great customer service and I was very pleased from the beginning of the process to the end. I would recommend Estes to anyone.
