Remember to have your EPA very on you to show them. Can be a bummer if you don’t and are pressed for time.

Great service and very knowledgeable associates. I've used Johnstone Supply at other locations for many years and they always have a great supply of HVAC products and great people. This was my 1st visit to this location and it is Top Notch like all the others.

Johnstone has the top of the line service when it comes to customer service..The counter workers are always courteous and very knowledgeable of their job and always willing to share that knowledge.They always get you in and out very quickly. Josh is always a great guy to work with. keep up the good work guys.

Probably the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. Shout out to Josh! I came in with a capacitor I thought was bad from my condenser unit. Josh tested it and confirmed it was good. I described the issue in more detail and he recommended I try the contactor, which fixed it!Once I got back home, I saw the old one and it doesn’t look too good. New vs old below.

My service was great. My air conditioner was not blowing cool air and we had been suffering through the heat for a month and a half. The service technician diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and now when it's 90+ degrees I don't feel it. I am greatly pleased.

Andrew is a life saver. He is very professional and hardworking. He truly gave it his all to make sure I had heat. He did not stop until my HVAC system was fixed. Overall he and his partner are amazing. I would definitely recommend this company everyone. You don’t find too many wonderful people anymore who’s not just out for money. Andrew is definitely your guy to get the job done and he’s reasonable. My heat is back working and doing just fine. I’ll definitely be calling again if I have anymore issues.

I can't say enough how good the technician Torian was! He arrived on time, very friendly and professional. I am not a native speaker, he explained everything clearly. I learned a lot from him. He did a thorough job and paid attention to details. I am very impressed by him. Booking an appointment was very easy and quick. The communication with the office is very good. I got my service done today, I'm very pleased with it. Winston did the diagnosis a couple of days ago and today he spent all day working on few issues my AC unit had. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He was in and out in a fair amount of time. Would definitely recommend.

Edit: Had a follow up visit by the team to go over some additional concerns. Everyone from the owner (who followed up) to the technicians were great!! The two technicians who came out were super friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. You can tell they really care about the customer and providing the best possible experience. Would highly recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs.

Freddy was fantastic and very professional. The Air Company came the same day I called to help troubleshoot my HVAC. 10/10 recommend.

We’ve used The Air Company for a couple of separate issues and have been extremely pleased. We had our heat go out during frigid temps and they were able to send someone out quickly and our heat was back on in no time. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly techs.

Speed and Service - 5 stars
Pricing - 1 star

They responded quickly and resolved the issue quickly. The price was over $500 in labor for 1 hour of work. That is just the labor. Most service call companies I work with have a call out fee, per hour rate and then material is separate. I have never paid more than $150 an hour for MEP work.

If you want to use them, get a firm price in advance. Don't risk it. Your wallet will thank you.
