Chris, the owner is amazing and HONEST. Freddy is extremely knowledgeable, professional patient, and kind and always willing to do what it takes to make things right. I would not use anyone else! They recently installed a brand new A/C/Furnace and all went smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend The Air Company. Lastly, Dana on the phones is so helpful and calling The Air Company is always easy!

Very professional service from Freddie today. He did a full inspection of our units, replaced the filters and batteries, and updated us about our units. He was upbeat and informative during his visit which took a total of 30 minutes. We also really appreciated that he wore shoe covers while working in our home.

The technician was very knowledgeable. When I asked questions. He informed me of things that I should do prior to the next visit and we talked about what thermostat level should be for the summer. I was truly impressed.

I love a company that COMMUNICATES. Air Company is very good at letting you know the what, when and how. The repair guy was ON TIME, a HUGE WIN. I was given lots of “nuggets” of information to look out for from any HVAC company and really felt that this company really just wanted me to be making an informed decision about this big purchase. Excellent Customer Service! Called yesterday needing an appointment ASAP, and was able to get something for the next morning. The person I spoke with on the phone was friendly and helpful and the two technicians were very friendly and professional. Freddy was wonderful!
