I bought a new Lennox A/C and Heating Unit for $6100.00 from this company in October 2015. This comes with 1 year parts and labor warranty from this company. The A/C thermostat is not working for the last 4 days so we are living without A/C for the past few days. I have sent several emails and made several phone calls to this company. No response. Nobody answers the phone. I just want to alert other customers.

These guys were great.They arrived on time and put my new outdoor unit ahead of schedule. Price was right. They even have a veterans discount. I would recommend Atlanta Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone.Thank you!!!

Please do not get an AC from this company. Not professional company. My HVAC has issues from first month of use. I called many times, but no response - probably they blocked my number. I am trying to contact Lennox directly and going through the corporate hustle to get this resolved. I can provide my actual name and address if the owner wants to correct this .

After just two years, the $4200 AC system they installed died. When I called to get service covered under the ten-year warranty, the owner (Phil) hung up on me. Twice. Stay away from this company at all costs. My family of six (incl my 6-week-old grandson) will suffer thru this week of 95-to-101-degree temps. Don't let this happen to your family!

I received an advertisement in the mail for a HVAC system at an extremely competitive price. So, I called them to come out for an estimate. The guy arrived on time. He went over the options. I originally wanted an 18 seer and ended up with a 16 seer. Phil showed me that anything above a 16 seer is a waste if money. I takes 25 years to get the cost difference back in energy savings. The system average life is 15 years. I wanted to spend more money but, Phil the engineer said why. The system was installed and works fantastic. I will say that it is quiet. I purchased the one on the ad. It was not even a hint of upselling. Best money I will ever spend on HVAC. Call these you will LOVE them.

I recently had Atlanta Air Conditioning and Heating quote for a complete replacement on our 2 HVAC systems. I was impressed every step of the way by the candid approach and clear communication provided by Phil Montgomery. He never once tried to upsell me on features I didn't really need. He talked through every one of my questions in detail in a way that I could easily understand. Ultimately, we opted for a Trane system over Lennox and therefore we didn't proceed with Atlanta Air Conditioning and Heating. Therefore, I can't speak to the installation, but the sales process has beyond exceeded my expectations. If you want a great Lennox system and killer value, give them a call.

I have never written a review in my life, but Atl Heating and Air was really terrific - they cam when they were scheduled, were clean, and polite, were fast and affordable. They made the entire experience a pleasure. I HIGHLY recommend them.

The Technician was extremely professional and efficient. I called for heating system maintenance and repair service. Punctual and reliable reasonable price. Will use "Atlanta Heating and Air Conditioning Company" again.

Had a new Trane furnace and air conditioner installed October 2021. Phil was great to deal with. The price was very good and the service was terrific.

Horrible business, dishonest and will take your money with a smile and handshake, but doesn’t live up to what he promised.
We had two new units put in, the top unit never worked right. We tried to get them to come check and they won’t come. Now it is leaking through our ceiling and we had to pump water out of the base of it in the middle of the night last night. Water leaked all of the carpet and made a huge mess.

The owner is not responsive. Do not waste your money. Save yourself the headache and find a different company. So disappointed and disgusted by such an bad business. Not sure how they can have 4 stars, And it seems this is a reoccurring trend having the ceiling leaking and water coming from units that were not installed correctly. If you do not know how to properly install quit taking peoples money.

Atlanta Heating and Air Conditioning Company have nice guy's. Technician was experienced and knowledgeable.I called his for Air filter replacement and they did amazing. I always recommend.

Prompt & good service with a reasonable price. I called to have my air conditioning fixed & they were able to come out the same day. They actually came on time, which was a plus because I hate tardy people. They explained me what was wrong with it, they fixed it fairly quickly, and now my house is cool. I dont usually do reviews, but I was really impressed by the service. Thanks!

I purchased my heating and air system over two years ago and I still have issues with it. Every time Phil comes by to "fix it" he simply just turns everything off by the breaker and the system works for a day. I should have known better when they installed two different manufacture units, one for the inside and one for the outside, Lennox outside and a Goodman inside. I have been running the emergency heat in the meantime which is very costly. This is because all that he does is reset system and not fix it. After the fourth time of "fixing it" I truly need a service tech besides Phil to come to my home and fix my HVAC system, it's been too long to deal with this lack of repair service . There's no other number to call accept Phil, please provide another number besides the one listed on your website. Or the next step is to report this issue to the BBB.

Excellent firm from start to finish. The job wasn’t as straight forward as we would have wished but the guys of Atlanta Heating and Air Conditioning found us the right solutions to make it works. I just wanted to let everyone know how impressed I was with the work done by a serviceman named Phil at this company. He was very efficient and quick to deliver when I needed to have my A/C unit replaced last week. He came out for a diagnostic and was back the next day to install. Their prices are very reasonable and I am pleased that my home is now cool again. Thanks again Phil.

Had old systems that ran for more than a decade requiring urgent replacement. Also needed zoning for basement. I called Phil and his crew and they gave me my money's worth. They are not only wonderful, but very professional. I am very impressed with the outcomes. Phil gave me a better understanding of how the systems operate. Never before cooling areas of my home are now enjoying fantastic chilling!

*IS THIS COMPANY STILL ALIVE?
When Phil and his crew installed 2 HVAC systems, he assured me that I didn't have to worry about calling for the first year free servicing. They would call me and would be prompt to conduct tuning of the systems.
Now more than two months have passed the deadline and haven't heard anything from Phil. I have called multiple times, left messages upon messages and not a single response.
I hope they are for real. ..

Phil and his crew were on time. Replaced 2 23 year old systems with 2 new AC/Heating systems. Did professional work. Happy with the price and performance of the systems. I saw a substantial decrease in electricity expense. Hoping to get years of trouble-free performance. I will definitely recommend this company for any AC/Heating needs.

The Atlanta Heating and Air Conditioning company was excellent as the heat wave was quickly coming in. The Technician who came out to look at the AC unit was respectful and none at all pushy, he made me feel very comfortable and Amy decision I made would've been supported 100%.
