Terrible customer service. Called to get a quote and was hung up on. The lady thought I "was a recording" for some reason. I explained to her I was not and I'm interested in a quote, then she cut me off and said "we're not interested," which was honestly one of the worst ways to handle that.

Galgon HVAC is a great company. You can’t go wrong when partnering with them. They really care about the end result and their level of work is top notch.

After sending an email to the owner of Galgon on a Sunday about the problems we were having, the owner replied to me via email on that same Sunday and I got a phone call from him Monday eagerly wanting to figure things out. I mention Sunday bc it shows that he genuinely cares about his clients enough to even check and respond to emails Even on a day where most of us kick back and relax. He even gave me his personal mobile number and we began communicating directly via text message. In the email he had said "this is the first that he's heard about this whole situation" and then came out to my store the NEXT DAY morning along with Keith the new account manager.

I apologized for having previously painted such a bad ideology of the company when in fact the owner and myself are the same... we both GENUINELY care greatly about every one of our customers! After he and Keith spent over an hour at my store investigating and getting to the core of the problem. We discovered that part of the problems were that continued maintenance was needed and they showed us how to do so. We also discovered that we had several other issues and the owner said he will work with me on finding solutions for those too. I am now very optimistic that we will come to a compromised solution!

Galgon HVAC is an amazing organization! Family owned and ran by great people. The company highly values their employees which reflects on the quiality of their service!

What an incredibly stellar team! Super professional. Technician checked on questionable work done by a previous company after hours and was able to get everything squared away. He had a great attitude and cleaned up after himself on top of it all. Will be using them for all future endeavors!

Galgon is the best HVAC in town. They have done extensive work for us including repairs and replacements in a historic commercial building and they are truly the best around.

We have been having issues with our HVAC systems and it seemed like no one could get it figured out. Called Galgon to see if they could try and their tech's got us up and operational pretty quickly! They were all a joy to work with.

Galgon is Great! Their Sales Representative, Alex, is always professional and responsive. Their preventive maintenance team, Ross and Yesmire, are always thorough and keep us up to date on concerns with our building. The AC department does great work and cares about the customer. Michael and Ruben were great with our resident for a repair. I highly recommend Galgon. Thank You All.

Mike came to the house and gave me a complete rundown of my HVAC & scheduled some repairs. I learned more from him in an hour than I have from a YouTube tutorial. I would definitely recommend.

I had Omega hired through my home insurance company and it has been very difficult. They came to fix my ac and needed to come back the next day. I made an appointment for 2-6 window and no one ever showed. I gave them a call and couldn’t get a call back for two hours. I finally got an appointment for the Monday before of a holiday weekend from 10-2 and again, no one showed up. I’ve now been waiting for another two hours to get a call back and no one seems to care. I’m now having to call my insurance company to get a new company to come fix what was started. I’ve looked in the attic and the zone box was left open with wires exposed. This is truly the worst experience I’ve ever had and a waste of two work days missed.
