Amazing service. Best of the best. Everything went great with the installation of the new equipment. The system is much quieter than the old one.

We purchased a heating and Ac unit from this company spending almost 5000 and a week after they had to come back out and fix it and then it has just reached the 1 year mark and the heat is blowing cold air. The worst customer service ever

The Gentleman who answered the phone was extremely rude and told me to try google if I was looking for an HVAC company. But thats what Atlanta Air Conditioning is. Hmmmm Bad business maybe..

I am absolutely appalled at this business. We woke up to our AC unit not functioning so it was 81 degrees in our home at 6am. Being 5 months pregnant with the forecast of 96 degrees today, we quickly called several places to try to get someone to come out asap. This place couldn't guarantee anyone out until the late afternoon. I simply asked if we needed to cancel, could we (obviously in case we could get someone in sooner). The man on the phone was very offended and informed me they wouldn't even schedule the appointment if we were looking for someone else. As a consumer - of course I'm going to try to find the quickest solution possible to spend my money on. I would highly discourage anyone from even calling this place since they are not reliable or guaranteed to provide any service. It's a waste of time.

The owner refuses to honor 10yr warranty even thou system is less than 3yrs old. I had to hire another contractor to fix problems caused by Atl. Heating and AC.

Avoid this business at all costs. Did an improper installation of a low quality heat pump resulting in multiple problems. He now refuses to return my phone calls after promising to come back and repair leaks. I will spend thousands getting this fixed.

The best thing about this company is the communication and the transparency. The representative was personable but honest and they really made me feel like a valued customer, that’s the main thing I look for in any company. You definitely have my business for life.

I called Atlanta Heating and Air Conditioning company for monthly service of our ac. We did not trust the any company service. I recommend only Atlanta Heating and Air Conditioning company for ac unit.

I live in the Johns Creek area and I'm a stickler for detail. The work crew cleaned up behind themselves and left my home the way they found it. Professional, timely, polite and personable. But what I love the most was there competitive and fair pricing!

Well.. well.

I normally don’t post stuff like this, but this is a special weekend and this business was especially salty with me today.

We are having record high temperatures outside and it was evident by a leak through my ceiling/attic floor because of some improper installation by this company about 6 months ago.

I called this afternoon and asked for them to come and fix it, told them the problem (pvc pipe placement) and that it should be an easy 5-10 minute repair.

They told me that they couldn’t get to me until Wednesday and refused to give a reason of why such a long delay.

At the close of the call I asked the “businessperson” on the other end for his name.

He refused and hung up in my face.. and that wasn’t an accident. If they claim it was, that would be another insult.

There you go.

No profanities exchanged or anything like that.. just a high level of frustration on his part but that’s me making excuses for them... and that ain’t right either.

It’s not too much to ask to show some empathy and give some explanation for why we have to wait for 4 days of abnormally high heat.. but I may be off base as a customer. Someone has to pay for the repair of damage caused by the leak too. We will see.

If you don’t see another post next week... it didn’t get any better.

I'm in love with Atlanta Heating and Air Conditioning! I had to call them after my AC unit stopped working. They showed up and fixed it within an hour and they didn't charge me a thing!
