Fantastic service. I appreciate how easy it is being on the annual service plan. The technician, Torian, was very professional and friendly. He wore shoe covers while in our home which may not seem like a big deal, but after having numerous contractors in our home over the past few months I can say that it is very noticeable when they leave a trail of mud and wet leaves on light colored carpet. I appreciate that touch of service. He gave me a run down of our system and the current sate of it including his recommendations for the system as well as preventive maintenance steps I need to take. It was a quick visit and I am very pleased by the service we received.

Technician did not attempt to oversell and did a great job of checking the systems as a first time visit.

I reached out to the Air Company for help understanding and resolving some problems caused by another HVAC contractor. I can't say enough good things about Chris and his team! They were responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, ethical, and focused on doing right by the customer rather than just making a sale. A complete breath of fresh air after dealing with the other company for 2-3 months without any resolution. I wish every company I dealt with as a homeowner were as client-centered as this one.

These guys are the best! Torian is our regular service man and he is always thorough, knowledgeable and courteous. Great service at reasonable prices. Much better than some of the other big companies in the greater Atlanta area that we have used previously where we were overcharged and sold unnecessary products with outrageous service plans. We have used the air Company for around three years now and are so glad we found them!

The guys were great, they came early, diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me options to solve the problem. We encountered a ladder issue as I live in a 4 story townhouse and another person brought the correct ladder to bring up the narrow stairs and to put up on my rooftop terrace.
I am very pleased with the service and will definitely stick with this company for all my HVAC needs.

The team at Air Company was fantastic! On a day that it was 94° and I’m sure they were very busy I needed some expert advice on an air-conditioning problem. Carla, Tevin and Chris were on top of it and were able to provide exercisable options and clarity on the situation. First class service!

A few days ago I had a Technical come to fix my furnace, he determined that the Control Board needed to be replaced and that it was still under warranty so the part only cost was a warranty processing fee and labor (it takes less than 10minutes to replace). The quote that I received was $1267.49 ($6000-7000/hr minus travel time). The Technician was nice though. Maybe they are reasonable at bigger jobs, but that is crazy.

Hey, I really liked having these guys over! We had no heat. They told me my furnace itself was working fine, though old, explained what they found wrong (a major part), and got it fixed the same day. We have heat! Thanks, guys.

Chris and the team at The Air Company serviced both of my HVAC units for many years now. When our upstairs unit finally stopped working, I knew it was time to call Chris to look at a replacement. Chris came out and took the time to inspect the upstairs unit located in the attic and realized it needed to be replaced and also brought up to code with how it is installed. We scheduled the service and the team arrived on time and finished early. It has been a week and we have had no issues and are very happy with the prompt service and also sticking to the quoted price. We will continue to use the Air Company for any future HVAC needs!

The team was on timed to take out an old furnace and put in a new one along with taking out the air conditioner and putting in a new unit. They worked together to do the job. CW was very helpful in explaining the how to adjust the temperature with heat as well as cool air well as changing the filter in the furnace. I am so glad that I now have heat. Betty Slater

We had no heat in our house during the recent cold spell. We called Air at 3:45 pm and Freddy was here about 1/2 hour later. He was friendly and professional and thorough. He diagnosed the problems (we have several) and the office is getting in touch with long range solutions. Meanwhile, Freddy got us up and running for the immediate future so we can remove our jackets inside the house! Thank you!!
