I am so happy that I was led to this company. I saw many companies.The reviews with this company was off the charts. I am so glad I chose Estes. My tech name is Evan OBelmito. He was the best he didn't stop until he found the problem with my electricity. He was very thorough and polite explaining the situation. I was a happy camper when he told me everything is fixed. I had an a AC coil and furnace replaced. I contacted Estes because of there great reputation and I was not disappointed. Everyone I dealt with from Erick (Technician), Justin (Sales) and Trevor and Ruben (Install) was professional, answered all my questions and delivered everything promised. In fact I had no AC and had an issue with getting a coil from Lennox quickly and Justin took up the issue and resolved that day, In fact my AC coil and new furnace were installed the next day. Can't say enough good things about Estes and their representatives.

Working with Estes is always a pleasure. We had our furnaces replaced by Fray and Chris H. They were so communicative, prompt and thorough. I felt like they did a great job and even came back through the house to triple check their work before leaving. Once they noticed the heat was coming through the vents, check out was easy and they were on their way!

Today’s servicing was awesome. The team handled it well even with the colder weather. My home is heating up well for the first time this season. Thanks so much to Trevor and Jaythan. They were great and made my family feel safe during the installation. Great guys!!!!

Estes has the friendliest, most competent customer service team as well as high quality technicians. It’s reassuring to get a valid diagnosis of our HVAC systems from an established company like Estes instead of having folks experiment with a solution.

Estes customer service and quick response is amazing. Matthew Roland kept me updated constantly, made sure he didn't track the outdoors inside, and even scheduled for a comfort specialist (like a mechanical engineer) to help fix efficiency problems and burning electrical smell.
They definitely are preventing a fire in the attic, I highly recommend anyone with a system older than 5 years call Estes for an inspection.

Great experience from start to finish. We looked at multiple companies prior to replacing our HVAC system with Estes. An unexpected replacement. A week ago Thursday (today is February 4, 2026) I woke up without heat during one of the longest cold snaps that I have experienced since moving to Atlanta in 2014.

I was told by my technician from my favorite company for HVAC, plumbing and electrical work, that I was looking at very expensive repairs to my system. He showed me what the issues were with the furnace cover off. Even to someone that knows nothing about HVAC, it was clear that the parts were worn and torn.

I made the decision with guidance from my salesperson at Estes, Justin, to have the system replaced. I had worked with him before on a split for my HESHED. I the price was favorable compared to the marketplace and thus, I made the purchase and added a humidification system which I am already enjoying.

The best part about working with Estes is their technicians. They are not only courteous, respectful of my property and thorough in explaining exactly what they are doing and have done, but they are also very well-trained, some having worked for the company 15 plus years.

Marcus was the lead on my project. He was assisted by Jeff, Nick and Chase. They worked like an orchestrated dance. That's not hyperbole. The install went smoothly and more quickly than I imagined for such a major job. They hauled away my old system and there was no trace that they were ever at my home.

This is the biggest project that I have ever had Estes do for me and as always, no disappointment, on the contrary -- two thumbs way, way up.

I have utilized Estes Services several times for major in home installations. They have installed a furnace, main water line and today Marius and Jeff installed my Air Conditioning Unit.
I use Estes because they always do really quality work, technicians are always pleasant and professional and there is never a problem with their service. Fray and Chris H. recently installed a mini-split system in the lower level of my home. There were a number of logistic challenges due to the configuration of the layout, but they were able to find a solution. Fray and Chris were very professional, patient and thorough. They went above and beyond. I truly appreciated their kindness and great customer service.

I was receiving quotes from companies, some of them tried to take advantage. But THANK GOD I found Estes on my google search!! The reviews did not disappoint!! From booking the appointment with the lovely Brittany/Britney (she was so sweet, pleasant, empathetic, understanding, & informative) all the way to my GOD SENT technician Juan Cabrera!! I can NOT say enough GREAT things about this man!! He was honest & upfront, he listened, he was beyond professional- explained everything PERFECTLY so that I would understand what was going on. He was amazing from beginning to end and he fit me into his busy weekday schedule during the week. Trust is HUGE for me (I’ve been bamboozled before) & Juan DELIVERED on every front. Great communication, on time, GREAT installation, checked to ensure everything was working, cleaned the site, and even gave me good advice on my garage when I asked!! Can’t thank Estes enough!! They have a FOREVER customer in me!! I’m only calling Estes & I want Juan EVERY TIME if possible. lol Thank you Juan & Brittany/Britney!!!!! They’re BOTH GREAT representations of this company.❤️

Our HVAC service went down during the recent ice storm and we were so annoyed at the thought of having to replace the unit. We considered several companies but decided to use Estes and we are so glad that we did. Damey and Juan truly went above and beyond. They exceeded our expectations and completed the work in a timely manner. They were professional and thorough. We appreciate their hardwork and expertise and will recommend them to anyone looking for service going forward.

My husband, Michael, and I were very pleased with the service we received from Jared, Bryon, Trevor and Jayden when they came to install a replacement heating system. They called ahead to let us know when they would arrive and they were timely. All very pleasant and knowledgeable about the work they performed. It was done neatly, protecting our floors and efficiently. I highly recommend their services.

Estes came out same day to provide quote for a new furnace. Jacob was very knowledgeable, patient and great to work with! Even though we went with another company (who could install next day), he still took my call and answered my questions. Fantastic customer service!

I have now had service performed by a plumber and an HVAC professional from Estes Services. I am so happy with their service, how thorough they are and their patience with talking through the details. I can’t say enough how pleased I am, but if it’s any indication, I did sign up for an annual service agreement while canceling the one I had with the old company I used. If you need service in the Marietta/East Cobb area, I highly recommend you request Lee Smith by name. He’s great!

Our heater died on Tuesday; we called Estes based on their good reviews & they deserve them. They came on Thursday, installed a new heater, gas furnace & a new AC unit all in 1 day. Josh & Sonny, our installers, were very nice & professional. The price was reasonable, & we received a substantial Military discount. We are all set. Thank you for your great service!

I’ve been an Estes Service & Air client for many years, but today’s visit truly stood out. Lee Steward was exceptionally polite, honest, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. It’s rare to encounter this level of professionalism and care. I’m extremely pleased with the service and grateful for technicians like Lee who represent the company so well.

I have had many experiences with different HVAC companies and I would rate Estes as the best by far. All of their technicians are knowledgeable and friendly, but more importantly they listen and educate you. My favorites are Jacob, Laverne and Jeremy, they are very reliable, dependable and good at what they do. Recently Jacob came by and did an excellent job of patching and fixing up my ductwork. I am a huge Estes fan, with me… you have a customer for life!

I’ve used Estes for both HVAC & plumbing, most recently my furnace inspection. David T was wonderful, very kind, and answered all of my questions knowledgeably. He was also happy to look into another issue I was having alongside my furnace inspection. He noticed an upcoming issue with my outdoor unit but simply gave me the information and his recommendation without pushing or “selling” me on anything as he noted it’s not an immediate need to fix, but something to keep in mind. Would recommend and hope to get David again for my next inspection!
