I am so happy I found Hope (pun intended). I called them for an emergency, and in the rush, I messed up the location. Instead of arriving at my rental property, they came to my home. Dwight had the biggest smile when I opened the door, and the smile did not fade when I told him my mistake. He worked internally and quickly adjusted the service location to later that day. Dwight solved a problem that the other big company that starts with C could not solve (and the C company tried twice!). The cost was reasonable, and we liked him so much that we decided to cancel our regular service with the other company and use Hope. Thank you, Dwight, for being so graceful with my mistake. You now have a new regular customer!

Hope Heating and Air was prompt, professional and knowledgeable about repairing my old system. The technician immediately diagnosed and repaired the system, and had our heat back on in under 30 minutes. This is our 2nd time using Hope I could not recommend them any more.
