We were referred to this local business and specifically told to request Michael, and we are very glad we did. Our upstairs showers and toilets had completely stopped working, and water was backing up. Michael was kind, respectful, and very professional. He got the job done efficiently and took the time to explain what the issue was. He also shared helpful preventative tips to avoid this from happening again and explained that the repairs come with a one-year coverage (not counting the removal of the toilet though). We were very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend both Michael and this company.

I needed help resolving a cast iron pipe clog which caused a back up in my basement. PV Heating & Cooling’s team reached out to me immediately. Within a short amount of time, the technicians arrived and diagnosed my problem. They gave me options to fix my problem, were super professional, informative, and had great customer service!!!

I never post reviews but PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing has been a God send! They are very knowledgeable, polite, and patient. They walked me through all my options related to my dying furnace, including the state rebate program. Each time they entered my home, they treated it and me respectfully. I am beyond grateful for them and my new system! Highly recommend!!

PV Heating and Plumbing installed our air conditioning system a couple of months ago, and the experience has been exceptional from start to finish. After the initial installation, they came back several times to do checks and balances, making sure the airflow throughout our entire house was excellent—something we have never had done before by any other company.

From beginning to end, my experience with PV Heating, Cooling, &Plumbing was AMAZING.
Andres Salazar came in and explained what I needed and how he could help! I was not pressured to use their service. It was like having a childhood friend over giving me the best advice with my best interest at heart.
When the technicians came to install, Josue and his partner were great. They introduced themselves explained the process and got to work. I work from home and thought it was going to be disturbing, but I forgot they were here. They got my heat up and running and explained how to use my new equipment!

Overall it was a wonderful experience and I will recommend PV Heating, Cooling and Plumbing to everyone!!!

We consulted with 2 different companies when it was time to replace our old HVAC, and PV Heating & Cooling well exceeded their competitor in service, quality, and price. The entire team was fantastic! Jake, Elvis, and David were all a pleasure to work with and kept us informed every step of the way.

Could not be more pleased start to finish. Fairly new systems but wanted to ensure all was working properly for the winter.

Received shortly thereafter a call confirming my booking with a reasonable service window later in the afternoon
Received text updates throughout the afternoon with an intro from David, the technician who would be coming out. Got a final call one hour out with tracking capabilities to track his drive, assuring I would be home and prepared
David was professional and courteous…. Also extremely thorough and knowledgable. Ensured all of my questions were answered. Also explained all services offered with an honest approach - not at all pushy about upselling. More genuine interest in knowing I was informed

My family and I woke up with no heat last Thursday, and PV was able to get Nick C. out to us fairly quickly. He was friendly & courteous & was able to fix the issue the same day. He also alerted us to a major safety issue going on with our water heater. Alex M. came out later the same day to assess what we had going on and to give us a quote for repair. He was courteous and very knowledgeable.
The next day, Trey D. and Hyun Y. came out to make the necessary repairs. Just like the other guys, they were very knowledgeable & were able to talk us through what would work best for us. They were thorough, worked efficiently, and got the job done. I will definitely call PV to come out again in the future!

My furnace was not firing due to electrical short. Got same-day appointment. Technician Hung Vong was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He assessed trouble areas, we discussed options, I made choices, and he completed repairs. I re-subscribed to my maintenance contract to ensure my aging HVAC system gets routine service over next year or two. Highly recommend!

This Guys where Haven sent! I heard there name on the Radio Air one to be specific. Some told me to call them. Not make my story to long , but due to life circumstances….
I have lived without Air or heat for very long time.. once I called and left a message knowing very well I could not afford it!!!
Less than 15 minutes I got a call from Kevin Medina.. we set an appointment my house and my life was just a mess at that time but Kevin didn’t care about it, instead he sat with my mess self and listened, paid attention and didn’t show me anything else but patience and Humanity after Driving almost 2 Hrs to meet me. Professional, friendly and honest.
And then He said (Wait I think I can help you, you might qualify for this State program we might not have to pay anything out of pocket, and we will do all the paperwork 🥹🥹
Fast forward I get a phone call From Thedaus with such a joy of telling me I had been Approved for the AC system!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼
But of course , we where faced with some Electrical modifications that need to be done and that has big price tag on it..😌 Kevin worked with me patiently and every angle he could.. I was very close to have the money for the installation…. And then …2-6-26 I get a phone call from James from the rebate department and he tells me (I was going over your file and I would like to get this done for you , we going to take care of the installation)
We scheduled for 2-9 and 2-10 ..
The Technicians were Amazing..🙏🙏 and today I have Central heat!!🥹🙌🏼 GOD SENT.

In an effort to go all electric, we switched our ducted gas furnaces to a single high efficiency heat pump.
Peavey reps were competent and professional and I am very pleased with the installation as this was a complicated job. The installers, Moises and Julian, were skilled and knowledgeable and worked extremely hard to ensure that we had heat over Christmas.

We had PV out to replace 2 air conditioners which had died on us years ago. We hadn't had central a/c in our Atlanta home for about 10 years. We finally decided to invest in a whole new heat pump system for a 2 story home. While costly up front, PV had competitive pricing & provided a Manual J load calculation to ensure proper air flow throughout the home for our new system. The whole process with 2 units (1 for each floor) took a littlw over week total, with some stops & starts given other heating emergency calls the techs had to attend to. The techs were the same people we met during our initial estimate & walk-thru (& our dogs loved them). Our house, while lovely, is not easy to work in, with lots of stairs, steps, different levels & an attic which is more of a crawl space. But the team was very nice, respectful & made sure our heat was on at the end of the workday, even if they were still working on something. I appreciated the attention to detail from the walk-thru, proposal, talking to our family through all the work & costs, and the ease i felt while they were working in our home. I am so excited to have central a/c again in the summer & the heat is working great. I also love the new thermostats; i haven't really gotten into all the programming but it's clear on the first panel what the temp is in your house, what temp you've set & the humidity in the house (which is important for us as we just went through mold remediation prior to install).
