The next day, a new water heater was installed and another issue I found with water pressure was addressed and fixed. Alex is efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend using PV. PV Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing is the greatest plumbing experience and customer care! Comparable and fair pricing. They explored and explained all of the options. Take their advice, even if painful...once done they proved that the replacement was needed on an underground line that had been repaired multiple times unbeknownst to all of us! They were on time, completed the job timely and restore my service and landscape beautifully. I appreciate Kyle, Hunter, Isiah and the entire PV Plumbing team!

This place was spectacular. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I know they were God sent because I was just searching for ac replacement companies and my gut said to go with them. They were so thorough from start to finish. They checked on us throughout the installation and texted us a picture of the guys who were coming to replace the system, which is rare. Even those guys were so respectful and pleasant. I have to also give kudos to our representative Steph, who was just amazing throughout the entire process! Their financing process was the easiest I’ve ever seen. PV’s entire team was pleasant and showed the great customer service we’re missing with some companies today. I will tell all of my friends and family to use PV Heating and cooling.

I scheduled online and Alex called me within the hour. I got Kevin to my house by the end of the day same day. Fixed both my toilets and drains. I will definitely use PV again and highly recommend.

I highly recommend PV Heating, Cooling, And Plumbing. The technicians arrived at my home quickly and showed great professionalism from the start. They correctly identified that my AC unit had a failed compressor, something that two other companies were unable to diagnose.

They returned the very next day and replaced the compressor with excellent results. My home now feels warm and comfortable again, just in time before the snowstorm.

I did have a small issue with an overcharge, but the administrative staff resolved it quickly and professionally, which really shows their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I’ve been a customer of PV’s for a few years now and only have great things to say about their service. Their guys are knowledgeable and rarely suggest items to fix that don’t need to be addressed soon so it never feels like they’re just trying to upsell you to make more money.

Their office staff is responsive and helpful. If I ever have questions, they do proper follow up and usually have someone call me within 1 business day just to talk through whatever I might need help with. Would recommend and I’ll be a customer for quite a while.
