I needed a new heat pump for my home and Melvin size my unit appropriately. Also he installed my Nest thermostat as well. He was clear and transparent with the expense and time it would take for both installations. He was very professional. My mother was little upset about the time of completion; however, he remained professional and respectful. He made sure the work was complete and let me know of any concerns that had happen. I highly recommend him for any HVAC problems and he does good work.

This IS NOT the same honest Cunningham Heating & Air we dealt with for the last 20+ years. I just learned this once privately, locally owned business has been sold.

My daughter recently called Cunningham for an estimate to be given for replacement of her entire unit. The quote from this company was MORE THAN TWICE the least expensive unit (quote was for same line by line replacement parts) from another REPUTABLE local Atlanta company. Cunningham salesman gave her a hard sell saying, “price was only good for 24-48 hours”. Obviously, they would have loved for her to have taken that bait! When I called the office to discuss a was connected to an extremely rude manager who offered no explanation to Cunningham’s new business model. Disappointed that a once honest company that we depended on to give reliable information has now gone by the wayside.

Deon’s the best! Courteous, professional and a great communicator. We were having a with a clogged condensation drain line… running the A/C a lot in Atlanta’s August heat. Deon fixed it right up… a genuine upgrade… got us running right. Perfect experience. Highly recommend!

After struggling to find someone who could work on our ductless mini split I found Cunningham and associates. They were easy to reach, answered immediately even on a holiday weekend, professional, friendly, and accommodating. I can’t recommend them highly enough. We tried Reliable, Estes, and Zone. Don’t even waste your time with them, customer service was horrible. Cunningham is the way to go and even provided us with a cost effective maintenance service to prevent any further issues.
