We have a 14k sq ft commercial property with 13 units so imagine my face when I had 10 units serviced at one time and mpt only was the job completed quickly it was correct, every unit is back working and the price was outstanding. Very professional with keeping the lines of communication open while making sure each change in service was articulated prior to the repair. I was so impressed that I'm already scheduled for semi annual maintenance and purchasing a few units from them as well. We are very pleased !!! 5 star 🌟 service

Great experience. Nate was my technician and he was super knowledgeable and provided great service. He even helped fix my piping that ran from my attic unit as that was part of what was causing the clog. Nate was honest and Mr Superior provided a very good price for the services rendered.

My mom has been struggling to find a reliable technician for her AC issue. The previous technician completely messed up my mom’s system. The team was able to come out and get her AC running again. They also followed up to check up on her after the service was provided. I highly recommend Mr. Superior Maintenance. It’s nice to have someone who you can trust, especially with your older loved ones.

Mr. Superior Maintenance was very detailed and thorough. I first had an online consultation, and within a few days I received an in-home consultation along with a quote. The work, which included two closet repairs and a drywall repair, was completed in a timely manner. Mr. Nate with Superior Maintenance was professional and explained everything thoroughly. We will definitely be returning for more services throughout our home.

These guys are incredible! Absolutely the best quality Installs I've ever seen. I averaged 30% savings on my electric bill after they replaced my system and improved efficiency of my ductwork.

Horrible customer service!!! My AC went out and I called them to fix it since they were the company that originally installed it. I had a warranty but Dustin couldn’t believe that he authorized a 2yr warranty for me 2yrs ago. Thank God I had my receipt with his handwriting. He sent a technician out who didn’t know what he was doing ended up breaking an important part in the $8000 AC unit and water was leaking. He said he was going to come by the following week to fix it, he sent someone else. He lied and said he came to my house himself when he never did. I’ve called multiple times and he refused to return any of my calls. The water leaking from the AC unit ends up leaking in my attic and causing damage to the ceiling!! I had to call another AC company to fix up the mess he created. Horrible customer service!!! Till this day still hasn’t returned any of my calls in over a week. He will just have to speak with my lawyer.

Dustin has done great work for me at reasonable prices. I will not hesitate to call him again if I ever have any type of hvac issues.

Can not say enough about Dustin and High Performance Cooling. HPC replaced our downstairs HVAC early April2021. Great at communication, timely response, fantastic work and provided great pricing. The install team did a clean job and very professional.

We called Dustin when our air went out in our home. He came the next day and found our fan motor needed replacing. He gave us a fair price and was friendly. My wife said he was not a high pressure salesman and she felt comfortable with him. We will call him again if we ever need our unit serviced again.
