After another company was a no show and then rescheduled me twice only to get to my home and refused to do the work because they did not want to go into the crawl space, I called air duct kommandments. They were on time and in fact was willing to accommodate my schedule at the last minute and did not have an issue doing the extra work that was needed to properly clean my system. They really went above and beyond while still providing exceptional value.

Booked a service for dryer vent and air duct cleaning via groupon. Technician got to my house and quoted my an extra $369.00 on top of what we already paid. Nothing more than a bait and switch. Stay away

The service was GREAT!! I searched high & low for a fair priced vendor that provided me with the Best service! I got just that today! I had both of my units & dryer vents cleaned! My house smells So Fresh & Clean 😊! Get your dryer vent done - thank me later 😉. House🔥 are real but this preventive maintenance service will decrease your chances of having a dryer vent fire.

Had air ducts and dryer vents cleaned. They had to reschedule due to vehicle issues but called back to arrange a sooner time due to the inconvenience.

This is my first cleaning, so I don't have much to compare it to but I was very impressed. The guys Jamal and Darell were prompt, quick and professional. I appreciated that they took the time to explain the process to me. Was really surprised by all the dust and debris they removed. I would definitely use them again.

I had my dryer vent cleaned. The gentleman was on time and professional in his explanation as to what needed to take place to accomplish the task. Automatically put on shoe covers as not to track dirt into my house. I have a no shoe policy of which I didn't need to express!! Cleaned the vent and asked for a bag to get up the residue.

We had an excellent experience with them. They were professional, prompt, and reasonably priced. The house we got cleaned was a 2/1 so it was small but there were definitely a lot of gunk that came out of it — the cleaning was long overdue! It was a job well done because we can see all the nasty stuff that came out. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again for future air duct cleaning services.

Made an appointment with this company by way of Groupon. Provided address to secure the appointment. Called back a few weeks later to see if appointment could be moved up. Was told yes.

"Good Morning, This is The Air Duct Kommandments. You are scheduled for service with us today. I apologize for the inconvenience but you are to far outside our service radius so we will have to cancel for today. We do service outside of our radius but only for regular priced services and not groupons. Please again forgive us for the late notice and any inconvenience we have caused."
I called and responded as to why no one informed me of this at times I placed calls. As of today, I have yet to get a response why they dropped the ball.
Sad that service is centered around money and not service.

I purchased a Groupon for a duct-cleaning service, which the company kindly agreed to honor despite the fact that I was significantly out of their normal area of service. Both the lady at the main company number and the technician they sent out were very professional and friendly, and the work turned out great.
