Long story short, I purchased a new build less than 3yrs old from D.R. Horton and recently experienced severe leakage from my dishwasher. There was weeks maybe even months worth of water UNDER my floors!!! 🤬 I remembered calling APD just a few months ago when I had to replace my water heater (beware of my builder btw 😒). APD replaced the water heater w/ one of the best on the market and provided excellent, professional, helpful quality service!! When this crisis hit, I knew I had to call them back!!! Not only was Mr. Rahmel immediately available to identify and fix the plumbing side of my problem, he graciously put me in touch with an awesome restoration team (Atlanta’s Best Restoration) who came right in to get my floors and carpet dry and free of mold!!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 I am so thankful for these honest professionals!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There was great customer service and a very quick response. The labor prices were a bit high though considering the parts needed were very inexpensive. I had to turn down having my toilet flapper repaired which was an additional $150+
