I contacted Atlanta Plumbing & Drain Co due to water leaking from my ceiling. A member of the team was dispatched the same day. I was given a 4 hour afternoon appointment window & they arrived within the first hour of the quoted window. They were professional & courteous locating the source of the leak very quickly. The repair was made before the appointment window time expired. Very impressive! I now have a go-to plumber in the event that I ever need services again.

Andrew knew exactly what needed to happen to fix everything! Great job and great company. Will continue to contact them for any plumbing issues.

Jacob did really good work, making sure to go with less expensive actions first. Everything was completely cleaned up when he finished, too. 👍👍

I can’t say enough good things about Terrence! We had an emergency with two toilets and he showed up right away. He was professional, kind, and worked tirelessly for hours until everything was fixed. He clearly knows his stuff and even saved me a lot of money with his expertise. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and genuine these days—I’ll definitely be calling him again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of working with plumber Kim Johnson, and I can confidently say he’s one of the best in the business. He arrived promptly—within just 7 minutes—and got right to work. With my background in the trades, I can usually tell when a technician is trying to upsell or take advantage, but Kim was completely honest, transparent, and upfront about everything, especially when it came to costs.

What really stood out was his open-minded approach—he was willing to try every possible solution to help resolve the issue efficiently, without pushing unnecessary services. His professionalism and experience made it easy to work together and problem-solve effectively.

I highly recommend calling and specifically requesting Kim Johnson if you need a plumber you can trust.

Our condominium building is almost 100 years old. Plumbing is shared and poor quality work could cause damage to other units. We have relied on Plumb Works for professionalism and excellence for many years.

Great customer service. Terrence was early, thorough, explained issue and options to fix. Plumb Works is very organized and reliable and I have used them for years when needed.

Easy to make appointment. Work done to high standards. Friendly, professional plumber, Alex, is easy to work with and cleans up after himself. Highly recommend.

Can’t say enough good things. Alex was timely, communicative, and punctual. He made an emergency visit and diagnosed a few issues I was having. He came up with interim solutions until we could address the issues 48 hrs later. He ended up bundling a few projects and the cost was incredibly reasonable for everything he did - replaced 2 gas lines from buried to above ground and to code, replaced a kitchen/sewer drain pipe that was cast iron and rotted through, and set up a gas fireplace for me. I will only be calling them going forward!

Jacob was professional and clearly explained the issue with our tankless water heater. He detailed our options and the pros and cons with each option. We felt like we were able to make an informed decision. We were glad that Jacob was able to arrive quickly to resolve our issues. Jacob installed a new water heater the same day. was very knowledgeable and fixed my kitchen faucet and increased the water pressure for my shower and kitchen sink. I also had him look to see if we can install a whole house filteration system and he came up with the perfect install plan 😁

Alex was very professional and did a wonderful job replacing our outdoor spigot. Also pleased that he was able to come out within hours of my inquiry.

Jacob was awesome. He called before arriving and was at our site when he said he would be. He was very professional and pleasant. He also was willing to answer all of my questions! He explained all very well.

Suspected a water main leak, PW dispatched Alex the same day and we were able to confirm there was no leak in our main line. He was fast efficient and friendly, couldn’t ask for better service!
