Tim Robinson and his team did a great job replacing a service water pipe from our house to the street! Very efficient and professional. They came to quote us on Wednesday before thanksgiving and repaired it the morning after thanksgiving. We are grateful!

I have been working on a "disasterpiece" remodel of my guess bathroom for quite some time, and very little has gone right. I had someone else install the shower/tub combo, and they did "most" of it right. The tub and two walls were correct, but the valve and spout were not, and it leaked when running a shower. I found Plumbing Express on Yelp, contacted them, and they assigned Anthony to my job. He was quite professional from the start. Very personable and knowledgeable. Asked me what I needed, what I was looking for, etc. and I was provided a reasonable estimate at that point. We made an appointment for the fixes (the work also included some copper piping re-run that I also needed), and Anthony (and his partner Mark) did a fantastic job. They fixed all my problems, tested everything and explained what they were doing along the way as well as asked how I wanted things done when there were questions. I'm very happy with the work they did, and now my project is back on track.

Pretty disappointed with my experience. Immediately after the technician flushed my hot water heater, my home’s hot water stopped working as it used to — now it takes about a minute to heat up, whereas before it was instantaneous. The company then quoted me $1,200 to repair the recirculation pump, which had been working fine prior to their service. I've called several times over the past couple of weeks to ask if they could review the situation further or offer a courtesy discount, but no one ever followed up. Overall, a frustrating experience that left me feeling like customer concerns aren’t a priority.

Had a leaking pipe around the hot water heater and another one showing alot of corrosion from calcium buildup. I needed these pipes repaired before they become a bigger problem. I have used Plumbing Express in the past and had great results so I called them again and got great results from their service on repairing these pipes and quick and efficient service. Dylan was great and very efficient and knowledgeable about what repairs needed to be done. I will definitely use Plumbing Express and ask for Dylan when I have any plumbing problems in the future!

Water Heater broke - had an assessment within 2 hours (Dec 23rd) and a new one installed and the old one removed within 24 hours (Dec 24th). Fair, efficient, and very good service. Daniel Perez and Mark were excellent.

Ron was our second plumber from this company. The first plumber came, examined pipes and said he found no leak, even though we had experiences a large amount of water leaking from the ceiling in the finished basement. Several days later we had another leak-same area but less water the second time. Ron came in, listened to our frustration and did a more thorough inspection of the pipes and identified the problem. He was very personable and professional. On his third visit, we had several replacement pipes installed and are without leaks again.
Our frustration, with the situation, was my son had used your company to replace pipes when he purchased the home and founding out not all the pipes were included with that process.

Rod, my technician, was the best. He quickly assessed the problem and gave a fair estimate, working hard to keep to the schedule. He even brought Josh along on the day of service, and the two of them worked well together. They addressed the bathtub drain repair with expertise and caused the least sheetrock damage. It was difficult to replace the broken pipe and get to the upstairs drain, but together they made it a success.

Our plumber (Tim R.) came out quickly (and during the holiday season) and made it clear what needed to be done. Found the source of the leak and then patched it up quickly. Also recommended a Mitigation Service and came back a few days later for an unrelated repair. All in all, top notch service (with a smile, a few jokes and family stories included). Definitely my go to plumbing service!

We used Plumbing Express to repipe our whole house due to polybutylene pipes that failed under our slab. The experience was five stars all the way through. Ed came and did our free estimate. He explained everything to us without the “sales pitch” pressure we experienced from another company. The onsite plumbing crew (Lucian was the lead inside and Ivan was running the new line from the street) kept us informed throughout the job and did impeccable work. Once the repipe was complete, Roberto came in and completed the drywall repairs. The walls are perfect! Ivan who coordinated from the office was also key in making this go so smooth.

We had a pool of water forming in our front yard, so we scheduled an appointment with Plumbing Express and they quickly sent Daniel to come diagnose the issue. When he arrived, he let me know what the potential issues were and gave me a very detailed breakdown of the costs and work involved, from best to worst case scenario. He was able to break things down in a way that I could easily understand, and I could tell that he was being honest with me which gave me the confidence to hire him to work on the issue. He quickly found the leak, showed me, and I immediately agreed to have him fix the pipe. Within an hour or so he had the leak fixed and filled the area he had to dig up, all while it was so cold it actually began to snow a little bit. I could not ask for better service and will happily go with Plumbing Express in the future for any plumbing needs.

Plumbing Express was great. I had a failed sump pump that had partially overflowed into the basement. Nasty. Josh was the tech that did the work. He was efficient, neat and courteous.
