I had a great overall experience with Kim from Plumb Works; who installed a new tankless water heater at my house. The prices he quoted for the two options were better than other quotes I got. He was very professional and helpful during the whole process. He answered all of my questions and listened to suggestions that I made.

I had a great experience working with Jerome and would highly recommend him, especially to first-time homeowners. From the start, he was incredibly hardworking, courteous, and consistently positive. He took the time to clearly explain what he recommended, what work he would be taking on, and why, which made the entire process feel transparent and stress-free.

Jerome was also certified to service and repair Kohler products, and he did an excellent job liaising between me and Kohler when needed. That extra layer of support was extremely reassuring and showed how knowledgeable and professional he is.

I really appreciated how respectful he was of my home. He brought separate shoes for indoor versus outdoor work, wore protective booties, and made sure to clean up his workspace thoroughly when he was finished. Pricing was clear and upfront, with no surprises.

When you’re navigating home repairs—especially for the first time—it makes a huge difference to have someone who is not only skilled, but also kind and patient. Jerome provided exactly that, and I’m very grateful for his help. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again.

Chase is the man! had an urgent plumbing emergency and Plumb Works sent Chase out to my house in an hour. He quickly fixed the issue and was friendly, professional, thorough, and upfront about the cost. As a new homeowner, I also really appreciated him taking the time to explain how everything worked. Wow. I'm not joking...I told my wife I had goosebumps after I got off the phone with Andrew, the technician that fixed several gas leaks and an improperly vented water heater for a blind, senior neighbor here in Kirkwood. It's SO nice to deal with a friendly, confident, competent, technician who genuinely cares and is trying to help you get the best value for your (non-profit's) money while doing the highest quality work. I LOVED my experience from calling to schedule the appointment to the quickly resolved gas leak for my senior neighbor. Great company, great customers service, great technicians.

From the initial call to schedule a repair to the actual service, the entire experience was top-notch. We had a plumbing emergency, and Ray got a plumber out to our home in about an hour and a half. Mr. Krum did an excellent job, was very detailed and explained the entire problem and process. The price was fair and work was high-quality. I appreciate the after-service emails documenting the repair process, faulty parts and replacement parts. Well done!

Just bought a house that needed a new sewer line, and went with Plumb Works after getting a few quotes because of their attention to detail, friendly customer service, willingness to work within our budget, and extended warranty. The work included running a trench and cutting out part of the driveway, which they returned to good condition when finished. I would recommend them for any job.

I was really impressed with Spencer service. He sent the quote right after the visit and offer competitive and reasonable price. We have decided to go with Plumb Works. Krum is the best! He came out for my home inspection during due diligence and came back out to provide the service. This was a full days of work with a partner. They moved my water shut off out of crawl space, reworked my pipes for crawl space access, reworked pipes of of a leaking sink with missing parts, and switched my water temp faucet things (because it’s hot on left and cold on right), and definitely more. (The hole was mistakenly patched up by a separate handy man, thus their removal.)

AND Krum got my Dekalb plumbing certificate delivered to my email within a few hours. While I don’t know much about plumbing, I can see the new pipes have been installed sooo cleanly, very satisfying.

I mostly appreciate their empathy and kindness, because I was kinda *losing my mind* this morning with the general cost of homeownership. 🤣

Rod and Josh did an awesome job taking care of my clogged sinks. Knowledgable, professional and great to work with - I really appreciated their help today and would highly recommend them and Plumbing Express!

Rod was courteous and focused. He had the situation sized up and solved by the time I got out to the meter-box to greet him. I was impressed with his talent for deduction and followed his train of thought in trouble shooting the problem. There was no leak after the watermeter and the watermeter worked fine. The evidence was subtle but it was there. Water wasn't leaking out of the box it was leaking in by the direction of the mud residue build-up. Thanks again Rod!

Daniel Perez resolved our broken septic line. His estimate of the scope of work and the price to repair was spot on. His knowledge of the situation was excellent. His presentation of details regarding the work was excellent. Very trustworthy and honest. His skill level also excellent. He drove the heavy equipment with skill and did NO damage to my property. The crew foreman arrived exactly on time. they are experienced plumbers. This is all they do is re-pipe homes. Workflow was very organized and prompt. Oh extremely courteous and professional. I am extremely impressed with their work. High-quality product installed. Their customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this company. Pipes done in 1 day. Drywall reinstalled in 2 days. Roberto is truly an artist with drywall. Results are like nothing happened.

After suffering a second leak under our slab and getting quotes from various plumbers, we decided to have our house repiped through the attic. Ed came by from Plumbing Express and I was convinced that they were the right company. Not only was their bid competitive with the other plumbers, but they also provided better insulation for the pipes and turnkey drywall repair and paint.
The plumbing crew were polite and professional and kept the work areas clean. They kept the damage and the dust down to a minimum which was a pleasant surprise. After they completed the job, Flaniel repaired and painted the walls like new with no signs of patching. He was super clean and even mopped the floors before he left.
I also want to give a shout out to Ivan in the office who orchestrated everything. Finally, I can say without a doubt, that if you have plumbing issues, Plumbing Express is the one to call.

Once again, I had an excellent experience with Anthony Perez and Mark “Muscles,” who came out on Wednesday, September 17th to replace my old leaking hot water heater with a new tankless system. From start to finish, their service was outstanding.

They showed up on time, were professional and courteous, and explained the entire process clearly before getting started. Anthony and Mark worked efficiently and made sure everything was installed properly and safely. They even took the time to walk me through how to operate the new system and answered all of my questions.

What really stood out was their attention to detail and the care they put into their work. They left the area spotless and made the whole experience stress-free. It’s rare to find such skilled and reliable service these days, and I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Everything about my experience was A++ service. From the friendly receptionist who took our call and let us know available times to Dylan who was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. He helped fix everything and left it better than ever. Great Atlanta plumber team. You will not be disappointed!

We had water pressure and water temperature issues, which turned out to be caused by a failing pressure regulator valve and a failed valve in a crossover recirculator. Anthony diagnosed and replaced both, repaired a pinhole leak in a copper pipe near the PRV, and did the annual service on our tankless heater, all in less than 3 1/2 hours including a 45 minute trip to pick up the correct PRV for our system. He is always fast, efficient and knowledgeable, and willing to answer all our questions.

I had a terrible experience with a plumber that would not work on my valve because of it being old. I contacted Plumbing Express for a second opinion and I wish I had done it sooner. They were responsive, professional and my technician Daniel walked me through all the issues and risks. He was patient with my HOA when they could not locate the main shut off valve. He was knowledgeable, professional and polite. The office staff always called me ahead. Do NOT use any other plumber, learn from my mistakes!
