We needed to replace all the copper piping in our 29 year old house. The task was daunting however Plumbing Express did an outstanding job - every step of the way. The quote was far better than their competitors. They moved furniture and plastic covered and isolated the work area. They cut 45 holes in my ceiling and walls to run the pipe. They pressure tested to ensure no leaks. The amazing thing was they completed all the plumbing work in one day. They replaced the drywall perfectly. We can’t tell where the cuts were made. They supported us during the permit inspection and completed the items the inspector identified. Finally they cleaned up each day. Thank you Plumbing Express, Ed, Ivan, Lucio, Joe, Kiron and Rad for excellent customer service, and the job itself.

I woke up to no hot water Sunday morning! I called Plumbing Express and they were able to schedule me for first call Monday. Josh arrived and surveyed the situation. He advised me that the T &P line had not been attached by the person who originally installed this in 2022! Josh attached the T & P, drained the water heater and set up the app on my phone for this water heater. Because I had the app, I got an email Tuesday morning with a water sensor alarm - I called Plumbing Express & Josh came back out to check it out. Gratefully it turned out to be the residual water that drained out of his hose when he disconnected it from draining.

I had a whole home repipe on my home. It was built in the 70s and the copper pipes were constantly springing leaks so it needed to be done. They quoted me a competitive price for the job, but the best part was the followup and communication with the team along the way to ensure my specifications were met and I was completely satisfied with my water system. Ed Torres the plumber along with Ivan the scheduler, and really the whe team that completed the work and the drywallers, couldn't recommend them enough.

My issue was a water heater being a great distance from my kitchen sink causing water waste as I waited for hot water to reach the kitchen. Daniel was very familiar with the issue. In a very brief time, he installed a recirculating pump on my water heater and a sensor valve at my sink. I now have instant hot water where I need it.
Express plumbing was very responsive to my call, arrived promptly, and Daniel did an exceptional installation job. Express Plumbing can be proud to have an employee like Daniel representing them.

Plumbing Express answered the phone without asking to go through a whole menu of options. Even as a new customer, they sent someone more quickly than I anticipated. Anthony was prompt, courteous, and got right to the heart of my situation. He was the second plumbing opinion I received, and he offered a much simpler, more affordable, option and did not try to upsell me on unnecessarily replacing fixtures. The efficiency of the company along with Anthony's honesty and competence will bring me back to Plumbing Express for all my plumbing needs.

Josh was professional, honest and personable. He diagnosed the problem and even after I had signed a more expensive estimate, when he found the problem could be solved for less he let me know.

Dylan from Plumbing Express came over and replaced our garbage disposal for us. It was older, had a massive leak, and needed to be replaced. He did a great job and was in and out in about 30 minutes!

I also asked him to check out a potential leak I had been hearing in my ceiling. He used a thermal camera to investigate and was very honest and upfront about what he found. Rather than immediately cutting into the drywall to confirm something uncertain, he explained that the sound could simply be pipes expanding and that opening the wall might be unnecessary. He recommended monitoring the area and waiting to see if a wet spot appears, which would clearly indicate an actual leak. I really appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell or push unnecessary work.

Overall, great service and a great guy. They will definitely be our go-to plumbing service from now on.

Poor execution from start to finish. I converted my electric water heater to a gas (tankless). The installation was faulty and caused a slow leak that built up over time under my sink. I would’ve enticed soon but I was traveling. Very unapologetic and lackadaisical response when I called to ask for resolution.

After finding out that my home of 21 years had a leak in the slab, I discovered that the slab was full of polybutylene and I would need my entire home repiped. I spoke with three different plumbers before discovering Plumbing Express. Ivan came to my home right away and thoroughly explained the process and the cost. He answered all my questions and it was an easy choice to choose this company. The crew (Lucio, Ben, Jose and Rad) arrived on time and got the repiping done in one day. They were pleasant and did a great job. The next two days, Flaniel arrived to do the dry wall and painting. Like the crew the day before, furniture and carpet was covered to protect my home. He was meticulous and did his job like an expert. He went over and above expectations. This company has its act together ! They are not pulling subcontractors but are using their own w-2 well-trained employees. What a difference this makes!

Tim Robinson and his crew did an awesome job on my plumbing issues. Quickly diagnose my problem, gave an estimate for the repair in a timely fashion No surprises. I don’t normally like recommending contractors electricians plumbers, but Plumbing Express is top-notch on my list. They were very good about notifying me with updates when the crew was on the way and worked me in on an earlier date, then was originally scheduled for.

TOTAL HOME RE-PLUMB. Our neighborhood has had so many homes experiencing water leaks (hundreds) that many of us have chosen to re-plumb before it happens. Based on my own experience speaking with four different plumbing companies, and speaking with several of our neighbors, I decided on Plumbing Express. They are knowledgeable, professional and very responsive to any questions along the way. Their price was fair and it’s one price for the whole job. You won’t have to find someone to repair and paint drywall. They have their own people or contractors to do that so your house looks perfect when they finish. I would highly recommend Plumbing Express to anyone needing to have their house re-plumbed.
EDIT: Ed was the initial person I spoke to. His experience, knowledge and easygoing (non-salesman like) demeanor was greatly appreciated.
Ivan was my point of contact for any questions and he was friendly and as I said, very responsive. He also installed a Moen smart valve in our home.
Dylan plumbed the exterior of our home to the street while another crew did the interior re-plumbing. I’m very pleased with all of them.

I got initial quotes from 4 different plumbers for replacing PB pipe, and Ed was by far the most knowledgable, informative, and personable that I interacted with. Price was also hard to beat, especially considering the drywall repair was included.

The crews that came out to work were on-time and worked quickly. The drywall repair was seamless; as many others have said, it is impossible to know there were ever any holes in the walls. Throughout the entire process, Ivan stayed in contact and communicated proactively and clearly. Any issues or concerns we had were addressed promptly.

The only complaint we had was that some of the workers didn’t clean up thoroughly after themselves and left behind debris/trash. One piece left was a metal piece from a pipe that could’ve damaged our lawnmower if it hadn’t been found. In general though, the work spaces were left clean.

Overall, we’re very happy with the quality of work done and customer service experience. These guys know what they’re doing.

Dylan did a great job fixing our Rinnai hybrid water heater. He didn’t try to do the typical “oh it’s over 5 years old you need a new one” that so many companies do. We really appreciated that! He did need to order parts, but they came in quickly and he was very efficient.

We had an excellent experience with Plumbing Express. They repiped my entire home and also handled all of the drywall repair and repainting afterward. When they were finished, it honestly looked like they had never been there—everything was spotless and perfectly restored.

We had a leak under our sink and needed two faucets replaced. Caleb did an excellent job with the repair and installation at a reasonable price. Will contact him again for our future plumbing needs.

Over a year ago, I needed to replace my refrigerator. Everyone called essentially stated that the turnoff valve had to be replaced and wanted to do major reconstruction which exceeded the cost of the refrigerator. I called Frazier. They did the hook-up in a matter of moments and charged a fair price. I truly appreciate doing business with reputable professionals!

Let me just start off to say I will be calling back for any feature plumbing needs. Jacob and his team were very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I’m so thankful I found them online. I had another company that informed me I needed to replace my hot water heater with an expensive price. Jacob and his team said otherwise and replaced what was needed to be replaced or added. I mean everything is so neat and nicely done. He even created me a main valve switch to my house thats more convenient, in case of an emergency. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
