We used Hotter Water for leak detection services. Jacob was our technician. He is a knowledgeable plumber who offers prompt service and fair prices.

The name says it all. They installed a new water heater for me and my water is now indeed hotter. Jacob is super knowledgeable and a friendly guy. The price was reasonable and he did the work quickly. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

The guys from Hotter Water thoroughly assessed our issues and developed a few options. They did the work as agreed and were even careful to minimize damage to the yard where they had to dig. Jacob is amazing!!! I have used this company several times to install tankless systems, new hot water heater for personal and rental properties. Anytime I have a plumbing issue I call Hotter Water Plumbing because Jacob is honest and has always given me the best advice. The prices has always been reasonable and this is my go to company. After Jacob installed a tankless system for me, there was a safety issue that was discovered by the manufacturer, he notified me to let me know that he wanted to make some adjustments based on the information he received. Free of charge. He goes above and beyond to ensure his clients have a great experience and that he is looking out for their best interest. I appreciate all he does!

I waited a few weeks to post this. I was a little skeptical with every plumbing company that I met with. However, I chose this company because they made me feel like they cared. They were very professional and I wanted to give them a chance since they are a family business. Jacob, the owner is very personable and knowledgeable and most importantly my water heater has been working fine since installation. Great experience with Hotter Water Plumbing. Jacob knows his stuff and he is very professional. I had an issue with my shower leaking water from the handles and going down to the living room. He came in detected the leak and got it fixed asap.
