Some type of board flew off of one your trucks on the highway, then directly hit and scratched one of our companies brand new ambulance. Thankfully it didn’t crack the windshield. Thankfully the driver didn’t swerve. Could’ve been waaay worse. Tie your equipment down better!

I contacted this company for service. They changed the price three times, from $450 to $575, then $650. The service rep (Jasmine Hayes) talked negatively about me when she thought I was muted and complained about my request to contact the plumber whose arrival time kept changing (20 minute extensions) without notice to me. Tia, the manager, was even worse!!! She was dismissive when I mentioned Jasmine‘s behavior, and increased the price to $650, which felt like punishment for complaining. I asked to speak to the owner and, of course, he wasn’t available. I yielded the warning signs and cancelled the service.

tech came to my apartment community start cutting sheetrock with his machine, make alot of dust mess on occupied unit then disconnected drain pipe let all water fall into cabinet without using a bucket. in my opinion its not professional plumber.

Whomever Sean, Shaun, or however his name is spelled, is, needs to be told how to generate business is not through constant harassing phone calls, as within the past week we've received multiple calls from him. At the same time, he's being provided with an email address to provide additional information, however he must be too busy to ever follow through with these promises. Obviously, the number of calls he can make is more important than following through with the discussion he's having. Due to the number of cold calls and the continued failure to provide the additional detail repeatedly stated would be shared, would never consider utilizing Talon Plumbing.

Ray was a life saver! Such a great customer service. Now I can use my kitchen sink again! So glad he was able to help us!

Had a leak from bedroom shower doen into the laundry room. Tech used my Samsung front loaders washer & dryer to get his 300+ pounds up on them bent & dented badly my good & young conditioned appliances as his later with his F×%kn knees to brace & balance himself for leverage & they've yet to resolve with all the evidence I've presented. The tech even lied about it like this is going to go away. Given enough time so they will see me soon... I really want the tech to stand in my face & repeat what he CLAIMS he said to me..Didn't even notice it until they were gone but now I know when I came to the front door before they left he looked worried & in a rush!!👌🏾

We had three units in our apartment community have pin hole leaks all at one time. Talon came to our rescue , very professional and efficient .

Terrible company to deal with. We’ve had a water leak for about 3 months that Talon plumbing was hired to fix. They reschedule four times which means I had to take off from work 4 days for no reason. They have gave us every excuse why they can’t fix the problem. We’ve had a $500 water bill for 3 months that we can’t afford to pay and the damn plumbers won’t fix the problem. Rediculous!!!

It's been awhile since the service was done to a rental home I own but better late then never I guess. Talon came out and unclogged a drain another company[ that goes by a color] told us the floor would have to be busted up and extensive repairs done. Any other plumbing problems come up they will be the ones I call!

Jake has been to our house 2x. I've never had a more detail oriented, professional, and friendly plumber. He did everything needed and some things twice to get it fixed. Unlike most companies, he was not leaving until everything was working 100%. Great problem solver. A major asset to Talon!

My kitchen sink was severely clogged and I called Talon Plumbing. Their customer service was swift and efficient. They were able to get someone out to me ASAP. My technicians were knowledgeable and I appreciated how quickly they were able to fix the issue. I would recommend Talon to anyone!

I can't say enough great things about the plumbers at Talon Plumbing (Greg, Kip, Matt and Blane). These guys work harder than any other plumbers I have contracted with in the past, and do not leave until the job is complete and done right! I am a property manager of an older residential apartment building, and with an old building comes old plumbing and all the issues that go along with it. During the past couple years, we've had several major plumbing system issues, many brought on or made worse by other plumbing companies who overbilled, performed shoddy work, left before completing the job, and even left my building and it's residents without water for 2 days. Talon Plumbing has fixed all of these issues in record time and at a reasonable cost. Most recently, the Talon team (Matt and Kip (and even Blane)) worked 13+ hours straight (without even taking time to eat lunch) to complete a huge hot water re-pipe job so my residents would have hot water by the end of the day. I can't thank you all enough for all your hard work and dedication to your customers (especially me and my residents). You all truly saved the day again. I couldn't ask for a better commercial plumbing team who know what they are doing and get the job done right! Highly recommend!

Our service tech was Charles and he was very professional and efficient in solving our emergency plumbing issue. He was very knowledgeable when troubleshooting and finished the job in under an hour. I’d definitely use his services again and recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing services.
