Hotter Water is a great company to take care of your plumbing needs. Jacob, the owner, responds in a timely manner, and the customer service is impeccable. This is a company that is honest and hardworking. I highly recommend this company.

We had a bad leak in our water heater and called Hotter Water. We spoke with Jacob and explained our problem of which he stated, send me photos of the tank, water supply lines and gas line to the tank. Jacob provided us a quote in which we told him that we were good with it. It was a very reasonable price. Jacob said he would be at our house between 3 and 5. Jacob and Nolon showed up at 2:50 and commenced to work. Jacob explained everything they were doing, and since our old tank was 21 years old, we were not up to code, and he explained all that was needed. I highly recommend Jacob and Hotter Water. I was really impressed with not only them arriving early, but also their knowledge.

This has to be one of the best company’s that I have ever came across Jacob is the best . He gave my wife and I several different opinions with purchasing a new water heater which was a plus. Jacob was great from the beginning of the process to the end . Customer service is outstanding and Jacob did an excellent job . If anyone needs a water heater replaced or any type of plumbing job please contact Jacob with Hotter water you will be very pleased. It’s hard to find companies that you can trust nowadays. when i got my first high water bill didnt think anything but when i got my second one i knew something was wrong so i contacted jacob he came the same day found the source of the leak which was the hot water heater gave me. excellent price put me on the schedule came today and got it done best in the business i would recommend Hotter Water 💧 to having a plumbing problem

Recently we noticed that our water bill was astronomically higher than usual. I began searching for a plumber who conducted leak detection testing. After looking at the reviews for Hotter Water and realizing they provided leak detection for free, me calling them was a no brainer!

I can’t lie, I thought there was going to be some sort of hidden fees, but there wasn’t. Jacob came and had me walk him through our house and he found the issue. It was a running toilet in our daughters’ bathroom. He said the level was set incorrectly. He actually fixed it and said have a nice day! I am so glad there are still honest people out there!

I will definitely use them in the future, and I suggest you do the same if you want great customer service!

Their communication was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way, and I truly appreciated their transparency throughout the process. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and I felt like I was in great hands the entire time. Jacob even spoke with my warranty company which helped me get some financial contribution towards the replacement. Everything was installed perfectly, and they took the time to walk me through the new install upon completion. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future. Called "hr" to discuss the matter bc I wasn't ok with paying an increased amount for such a sloppy job Mrs. Teresa Gurrero acknowledge the companys error and defended it anyway finally after going back n forth told me that she would give a $120 credit to my account when I told her I would never use this service again bc customer service is horrible and work quality is sub-par, my account is paid in full could she refund that amount to my payment method she got defensive said no "the credit is there if u use or don't that's on you" and hung up on me

I would never hire a company with such reckless drivers. Van ending in 996 was going 65mph in a 35 to cut off morning commute traffic in the middle of a busy intersection. Irresponsible and dangerous.
