Plumbing reviews in Atlanta, Georgia

My kitchen sink was clogged, had another company and even the city sent to my house, no one could fix my problem. Edwin Colon from Talon Plumbing came urgently the day before Thanksgiving at 10pm, worked his magic and did an outstanding job. Edwin is hardworking, skilled, knowledgeable and well equipped. I couldn’t be happier with the job he did.

Have happily used Talon plumbing (Tampa)since 2020.They are professional, informative and on time ( the rare occasion they were delayed office staff informed me right away with a new time). This company goes above and beyond to get the job done right ( The two times an issues came up they quickly and politely responded and corrected the issue). They keep the job site clean and take pride in their work. This company shows trust , honor and integrity in all that they do.I would recommend them to any one looking for a company that cares for their customers. Tim, Ray, Jake, David, Diego, Riley, and Tony and the best plumbers and will fix your plumbing issues. The office staff is professional.

Chalino in Tampa is wonderful. Very knowledgeable, professional and great at communicating what the issue is!

Anthony (Tony) is the best Plumber tech. So, I live in a Progress Residential home and they have a third party who hires a 4th party to fix problems. My septic pump was defective and not working as it should leaving the waste water to back up into all drains in the house. After issues with the 4th party, Progress decided to hire Talon Plumbing, Talon sent the most amazing Tech and he assess the situation found the problem, temporarily fixed it until he can get a new pump to install but managed to driain the tank and get it working for us... we can finally take a hot shower and use our facilities after 8 days of no result with the previous company.... and all it took was less than an hour for Tony to fix it. Thanks again me and my wife appreciate you!

Jake, Billy, Tony and David have been servicing my property for years. They are always on time, professional with our Residents and very knowledgeable. I can't forget Chris, who is the man behind the scenes. Chris is like Johnny on the spot and takes great value in our community. Highly recommend Talin Plumbing and their team!

Talon plumbers are worst company I ever dealt with. Not on time, no accurate ETAs very unprofessional with the customer. You Guys will never be on Creative plumbers level with poor customer service like that. Lying to customers during Emergencies is not good service. One tech started a job and just left without informing office or residential customer left ppl without water for 9 hours and when we contacted the office they giving us all different ETA without a explanation of their Tech just Leaving! I will never use them again!

I have been using Talon Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs at two apt communities I manage for the last couple of years and have had a wonderful experience with all the staff I have come across with from Tony, Ray, Mikhal, and Jake, to many others. Chris in the office makes sure everything is done on time and correctly, scheduled properly, communicates effectively, and always makes sure the job is done as efficiently as possible. Talon Plumbing has done many emergencies for my properties , and I am very thankful to have them as one of our vendors. Such a great company to use for ALL of your Plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Great Plumbing Company!
I had my drain clog up late in the evening and wasn’t sure what to do.
I called Talon and they had Nathan come out the same night, WOW! He came and cleared my drains, then recommended to have my sewer line inspected because of the roots he found.
The next day Antonio came out and inspected my line with a camera. He walked me through the steps of replacing my entire line to the street. I wasn’t sure at first but I am so glad I chose Talon to come out.
Antonio even graded my yard back so the rain water doesn’t wash out my flowers anymore.
Definitely be calling them again. -
As a service manager I have worked with Talon on my properties for the past few years. They are by far the best overall plumbing service in the area for minor as well as major repairs. I look forward to many more years of continued partnership.

Highly recommend! We live in a condo building and Ty and Emile came out to figure out a mysterious leak (which is a challenge in a building with four stacked condos). They came after hours, were friendly and super professional. More importantly, they found and fixed the leak! If we ever need a plumber again, we are calling Talon!

I began working with Talon Plumbing in October 2024 to replace two in-wall faucets due to failed stems. After a prolonged delay, the project finally began in November 2025, based on an estimate I received, with work commencing in December 2025. Talon Plumbing subcontracted Archer Restoration to perform the tile removal.
Talon Plumbing defined their scope of work as follows:
Coordinate with property management to schedule water shutoff
Install temporary shutoff valves and restore water to the property
Coordinate with the contractor during demolition and be onsite to remove faucets and access piping behind the walls
Disconnect all water and drains to fixtures
Remove existing wall-mounted faucets (total of two)
Install new owner-supplied wall-mounted faucets
Install new owner-supplied sink bowls
Make all new plumbing connections
Set and trim out fixtures once tile work was complete
The execution of this scope was extremely disappointing. While the plumber was courteous, he did not bring temporary shutoff valves for the building shutoff and instead installed shutoff valves behind the wall, requiring demolition for future access. Additionally, the plumber did not adequately coordinate with the contractor and set the valves too far back in the wall. Despite this, the contractor closed and tiled the wall, leaving the incorrect setbacks clearly visible (see attached photos).
I raised these concerns with the project manager. When the plumber returned, I believed the visit was to address the issues. I also asked about connecting the sink basins to the drain plumbing, which had not yet been completed. The basins were placed, but later I discovered they were secured with caulking only along the front and sides of one of the basins leaving the back uncaulked. The concerns regarding the incorrect faucet setback were dismissed, and it became apparent the plumber had returned only to install trim and collect payment.
I then contacted both the plumbing and contractor project managers and reiterated that the faucet setback was incorrect and unacceptable, as the water stream would not land in the functional area of the sink. After this escalation, the plumber returned, opened the wall, and used wooden blocks to angle the piping forward. While I am not a plumber and cannot assess whether this method is standard practice, I do know that the faucet handles now angle slightly upward.
During this process, the faucets were damaged when the plumber attempted to install them through an opening that was too small, an issue caused by the contractor. This resulted in scratches to the faucet trim rings, which were not replaceable. I was told I would receive a discount due to this damage and the overall issues encountered.
Once the work was completed, I signed the release and submitted payment so I could move on from the project. However, no discount was applied. Today, one of the faucet trim handles came off in my hand because it had not been properly tightened and was only placed onto the stem.
The defined scope of work was not followed, and I had to repeatedly intervene simply to achieve even this substandard result. I am shocked by the lack of accountability, poor craftsmanship, and unprofessional execution. While the individuals involved were polite, courtesy does not compensate for the diminished value to my home or the cost I paid for services that failed to meet basic professional standards. -
