Great service. Quick and reliable. Answered all our questions. We were in the process of getting a new dishwasher and found out the shut off valves needed to be replaced. Called on Sunday and he came out the following day and replaced each valve quickly and easily. Will most certainly use Hotter Water again.

Mr. Irvin fixed my main line water leak today! He was very thorough in explaining the process of how the leak would be fixed. His work was extremely clean and neat. Mr. Irvin had to dig in my yard and once the job was completed I could not tell where the digging began or ended. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for great plumbing work. Jacob and the Hotter Water crew installed my new tankless water heater in three to four hours. The service was efficient, professional, and detailed. Jacob installed a toilet for me and he knows his stuff. He’s always been professional and very honest person and always available when you call him. He answered my questions and cleaned up after himself. I purchased the toilet and called him to install it. It was installed in less than an hour. He did an outstanding job. Jacob did a great job replacing my 10 year old water heater that would barely get hot with a brand new one that works perfectly. He also installed my shower head. Jacob was very professional and friendly.

This company is wonderful. Jacob was very patient and knowledgeable about his job. Some of the plumbing issues in my house were not disclosed when I purchased my house which made it difficult to find leaks, know the type of pipes underneath my slab, etc. He explained everything from the materials, the process, time, etc. He was able to repair everything in a timely manner & at a fair price. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and puts himself in their shoes. Him and Nolan did a great job repairing the leaks and installing a brand new water heater. I am very happy with the customer service and the quality of work. I will be contacting them for upcoming projects!

Beautiful new water heater! Our water heater was almost 20 years old and went out on us last night. We have 4 kids and NEED hot water! Jacob from Hotter Water came to see what was wrong right away and then was able to replace our system same day! He gave us a great price and worked quickly and quietly with his assistant. Hotter Water replaced my outdoor water line with the most non-invasive equipment. My yard had very little disturbance. Ralph, the plumber was exceptional. I would definitely recommend and use this company again.
