My experience with Plumb Works was great. Had a leaking water heater that needed to be replaced, called around 8AM, there was an available slot in the schedule and the team was here and done before noon. Andrew provided a good selection of options and as part of the replacement also re-plumbed a badly-installed sub-meter. I definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Alex from Plumb Works has been out to us about 4 or 5 times. He is consistently the best tradesman we’ve come across. Good communicator, smart, honest and helpful. Highly recommend Alex.

Krum did an excellent job, explaining the issues to me and showing me how my kitchen pipes would be repaired. He was up front about the cost and about the options available to me. That was greatly appreciated. He came back and finished the job to my immense relief and satisfaction! This was no easy job! I appreciate his efficiency and professionalism. Nicholas too! Terrence at Plumb Works was excellent! I requested a service appointment on a Sunday and they fit me in at their earliest opening the very next day. Terrence was thorough, explained everything he was doing (and why), and root caused our leak. He even re-caulked our shower where the leak was originating from. Recommend!

Andrew showed up on time and was very helpful. He got the job done!!!

I discovered a sewer line backup in our commercial building this morning. I called Plumb Works at 11:30AM & they were present & working on the problem within 2 hours. They even had to bring in a large pice of equipment to jet-blast our water-waste lines & clear a major clog. They were very efficient & profession. Jacob was the lead on the job & went the extra mile to make sure the system was working perfectly before they finished. Then they cleaned & sanitized the whole area in which they worked. I was very pleased with the response & the cost of the excellent service from Jacob & his associates. I recommend Jacob & Plumb Works for both commercial & residential plumbing needs. I’ve used them before & will use them again unreservedly.

I've used Plumb Works regularly for the past 5 years. Each person has been on-time, reliable, and very knowledgeable. I had just had Kim work on my tankless water heater. He identified the issues very quickly and explained the solutions and cost very well and professionally. We will be using them again!

Amazing. Andrew Wexler is a genius plumber. He solved 3 problems we have had for years!!
Other plumbers just threw their hands in the air and Andrew found the problem and solution for all 3 major issues in one visit!! He is the Hercule Poirot of plumbing! He is very personable and interested in helping with our plumbing puzzles!

Jerome was great! We made an appointment the night before after having no hot water and he showed up first thing in the morning! He was super helpful and we will definitely using Plumbworks again.

Good Job Jerome... we got a Whole House Filtration system. With bypass and filters installed prior and post cylinder.

On time, communicates well, enjoyable to be around. And on day 3 we are still liking the taste of the water along with purity. SO ALL GOOD HERE!

I called Plumbworks at recommendation of Empire Heating and Airconditioning, was amazed by same day service for non emergency call. Andrew listened to my concerns, answered questions, explained issues and provided comprehensive (not unreasonable) estimates for several options. His patience and thoroughness was most appreciated. Entered a service agreement and will be having them do significant work soon.

Eric was great! Keep us informed on what he planned to do and followed through in a professional manner. Removed old tank and installed a new tankless unit. Cleaned up afterward and went out of his way to be sure we were satisfied with the job before leaving.

Alex with Plumbworks has done an exceptional with my multi-step kitchen plumbing needs. His work involved cutting and removing old gas lines, installing new dual plumbing lines with cutoffs and removing old plumbing lines. Every step of the way, Alex has been professional, explained his work and done an immaculate and accurate job. And always on time! Highly recommend Alex!

As always, Alex from Plumb Works did incredible work. he's handled routine jobs as well several "emergencies" for us and we always know we're in good hands when he's here. He's VERY good at his job, but I also appreciate his calm and reassuring demeanor--thank you Alex!

We had to have our sewer line replaced (the house is 80+ years old and we had cast iron and terracotta pipes that had roots growing into them). Super easy to book online. The technician sent notifications prior to arrival, and was within the scheduled window. Very straightforward, great communication, and all pricing was transparent before any discovery or repair work was done. Would recommend.

Brian is very pleasant and good to work with. He recognized the problem immediately. It was a tricky job, replacing our water pressure valve in our older home. He had the needed parts in his van and made the repair leaving our home clean & dry.
He then replaced a few parts in a toilet tank. I will definitely call PlumbWorks the next time
