I called Shawn right after I saw my water bill shoot up to over $500 in one month. This was my first time using his services. He came the same day and after some clever troubleshooting he discovered a leak in my front yard next to a tree that was sucking up all the water, which was why it was difficult to spot. He fixed it in a timely manner. My next water bill was back to normal. Shawn is a great guy and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend his services should you ever need plumbing work done.

Shawn was great! He installed a sump pump in my basement, figuring out a a way to get the water out in a tricky set-up at a lower cost than my other quotes. I’ve used multiple plumbers in the area, I’ll be calling PipeDreamz for future work.

Pipedreams Plumbing is the way to go. This black-owned and operated company does exceptional work, Shawn is a master plumber and electrician. He knows his stuff... Just a back-end story of my plumbing issue, we moved into our home in December, and one of the toilets has been out of service since then. I've received inputs and estimates on this job from other local plumbing companies, some of which are affiliated with home warranty companies I dealt with. While other companies told me I would need to replace the entire pipeline leading to the toilet to fix the problem, Pipedreamz, came in. repaired, and installed the toilet in an hour. Shawn was knowledgeable, friendly, cost-effective, and most of all Shawn knew what he's doing. I highly recommend this company to anyone in Atlanta who has plumbing issues, whether it's a small or big job.

Shawn also replaced a few electrical outlets around the house that have been inoperable since we moved into our new home. He was very knowledgeable about the repairs needed.

I researched a few plumbers before making the decision to hire PP. I'm very pleased with the decision. We had been without water for a few days (exhausting) due to hot water heater springing several leaks out of the blue. He brought the unit up to code by adding in copper piping and a heat expansion tank. I asked a lot of questions and he was very patient and polite. He also shared some best practices after the job was done. I'm already considering hiring him for another job. Great work, Shawn!! See first pix of old and last two are the new WH.

Shawn is great! Honest, transparent service. And quick! My problem was fixed the morning after I called with it. Cost-efficient and honest service. He could have just charged me a bunch of money to replace what I thought the problem was. But he didn’t need to replace it and was honest about it. Great service. Came on time and solved our issue. We had a copper water line that needed to be disconnected from the fridge. Shawn carefully cut the line and installed a new valve.
