I was left quite disappointed with this company. In the evening, a technician arrived, offered a reasonable plan, and even gave me a couple of good suggestions.
However, since there were no spare parts and it was already late, the work was postponed until the next morning. The next day, a different employee showed up 2.5 hours late, quoted a price that was double the original estimate, and it was very clear he was trying to maximize the charges far beyond what was fair. Quote from technician-“Yes, this is my price”. So, price depends from Company’s price list or from technicians opinion ?

It would be better if you sent James to me again. It is clear that he is a good specialist. Then I would be happy and you would have another positive review.

The tech was fast , friendly and efficient. The only thing keeping me from 5 stars was the fact I was charged $700 for a faucet replacement that took 30 mins. I was told all plumbing jobs charge a flat fee of $700 which seems crazy expensive.

The plumber who came to the house was pleasant and effective. The charge was too high for a job that should have taken 30 minutes but he had to go to Home Depot for the correct parts.

AL and Daniel came out very quickly on a Sunday when we had our water heater give out that morning. They came in assessed the situation gave us all the available options and let us decide with no pressure on what would best suit our needs. We came up with a game plan they ran out grabbed all the parts needed and completed the job very quickly with very beautiful work. Once the job was completed they communicated with us on everything that was done and how everything was priced. Explained how to use the new equipment and also how to maintain so we are able to prolong the life of the new water heater. I highly recommend these gentlemen to come out to anyone’s home very knowledgeable and helpful throughout a very stressful emergency. We will be using Roto-Rooter as long as they can send us out Al and Daniel!

I had a great experience with Violin, the plumber who assessed a leak in my kitchen. He was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful throughout the assessment process. I especially appreciated his prompt arrival and the detailed explanation he provided about the leak. I would highly recommend Violin’s services for your plumbing needs.

Probably the fastest and best plumber I've ever heard of. His value cannot be understated. Idk if the rest of roto rooter senior plumbers are like this, but if they are then the price is definitely justified. I went to the atm within walking distance of my house and the person was done with installation before I got back. He even noticed my other sink was loose and tightened it for free while he was waiting on me to come back. I highly recommend them

Mike was Great! He offered his expert opinion and did a great job getting us back up and running again on a Sunday morning! Truly valued his suggestions for preventing future issues.

Issue was- Toilet backed up an overflowed sewage into bathroom and house floors and damaged carpet and the basement ceiling!

Al and Chaucer were super professional, very friendly, and patience in answering all our questions. They were also very quick in fixing all of our issues in our house right before the holidays. I would highly recommend them.

Andy did a great job quickly assisting us with a refrigerator leak and recommending next steps + other tips. He was a friendly plumber and resolved our issue in almost no time. We will be most definitely be using Roto-Rooter next time if/when we have an urgent plumbing need!

We had a leaking water heater and Al was able to come out same day and install two new water heaters for us. He did a great job and was vey nice. I had the option to buy my own parts. He helped me pick up the heaters and parts and was able to get us hot water with in a few hours.

First and foremost 1000/10! They answered my calls immediately and gave me updates upon arrival. I had absolutely no questions because Johnathan kept me updated throughout the whole process. I reached out to a few other companies and this was the only one that went above and beyond for their services. I would highly recommend this company chance I get! I've used this Roto-Rooter off and on over the last 15 years at my home and restaurant, and they always do a top-notch job. My recent visit from them on 9/22/25 was even better. Chris Smith did a great job completing the repair in less than an hour, and the charge was not too high either. He also pointed out some things he thought I should know about my plumbing and was a pleasure to interact with. If you get him on an appointment, you're in good hands!
