The Roto Rooter team was excellent! Mike (technician) was incredible with communicating the plumbing issues and how to best resolve them. He was prompt, thorough, respectful of my home, and worked intently until the issues were resolved. Nice guy as well! I am pleased with the high quality work Mike and Roto Rooter provided and the price was very fair for such a great service. I will use Roto Rooter again if ever necessary, and would certainly recommend their service to anyone else. Definitely a 10/10.

Contacted Roto Rooter when I lost the contact info from another company, who had given me an estimate for some cast-iron pipe sewer work on my home. To begin, Mike & Jonathan showed up on time, were very courteous, answered all my questions, & addressed my concerns without taking offense. When they actually looked at the issue, they found a completely different situation than what the previous company said. They took their time and spend several hours diagnosing & finding the right repair option. I have no doubt that the previous company did not know where they were talking about. I am happy I was not able to locate their information. Mike & Jonathan were transparent & openly discussed several repair options in an attempt to save me money. We decided on one that worked best, considering my split level home and the way that my waterlines are set up. They struck me as having a lot of pride in their work, being quite honest, and very professional. So in the end, I will be going with them over anyone else because of this fact and that their work is also guaranteed. Not everything that is cheaper is bette…I highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We used Atlantis plumbing to install a freestanding tub faucet where a sink used to be. Atlantis was super easy to work with, and Robert did an exceptional job. He is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to talk through options. We had three other plumbing companies review and quote the work before Atlantis (something I won't do again). All seemed hesitant about taking on the job and provided ridiculously high quotes. Robert arrived on time, followed COVID safety protocols, and confidently assessed the situation and offered a reasonable quote. The job took two trips as there was tile work to be completed in between. Robert did an excellent job, taking the time to make sure things were done right. In the future we will definitely make Atlantis our first call for future plumbing needs.

Absolutely amazing experience with Atlantis Plumbing and Joey specifically. We had a pretty big job (sewer line and water line replacement) and they got it done in 2 days. Joey even fixed our leaking toilet for free during the quote process. We even needed some pictures for our closing and they provided them even though we didn't ask them to take them during the project. Their bid also came in quite a bit lower than our other quote so I truly can't sing their praises enough. If you need pipe bursting done, Atlantis is the go to crew.

Let me tell you! It’s so hard to find good, experienced, reliable, Service repair people! We had a suspected laundry/Washer leak and had a repair guy come out for $120 this man told me it wasn’t the washer it was in the wall! He charged me and told me to call a plumber. I called Atlantis on my neighbors suggestion and based off reviews. Manny came out and he said off his 20 years experience he was sure it was the washer and not in the wall. This man opened my washer up took a full hour and found the leak in the washer. He saved me so much grief and it wasn’t even his actual job. The best part THE BEST PART! He didn’t even charge me. The company said we were good to go! I was flabbergasted! I am so grateful. These days it’s just not heard of and I will shout out Atlantis and Manny to anyone who needs plumbing services. Relief beyond words hiring A Atlantis Plumjing to re-pipe the entire plumbing system. I had a good feeling about Mr Mike brown and I couldn’t be more satisfied about his gentleness and his professionalism. He explained thoroughly details and brought much peace to the stresses this was having on my nerves . This new plumbing system eliminates hot water delay reaching the pipe instantly which was a concern for many years.

I left details on the Yelp website also but Robert and Tim came to repair a PVC leak at the elbow and I was quoted $525 over the phone after sending a picture to Atlantis to give me a quick estimate. I had the water turned off to the house so the need was same day urgent. Robert called and quoted me $525 and promised it would not change. They arrived within the hour and completed the job in less than 30mins. They both were friendly and professional. Robert is very knowledgeable and efficient. I will do business with them again. This was on a Saturday. Robert checked water pressure and advised me it needed attention as it is at 82 PSI. He gave me a written electronic quote of $575 for the water pressure. He also told me the work he performed today is warranted for 6 months. I haven't checked it this morning as the leak was in my basement. I can say 4 hours later on yesterday I had no leaks. Thanks again Atlantis Plumbing.
