Atlantis Plumbing did any excellent job with my plumbing work. This company was professional and responsive. I got my plumbing issues resolved with two days. Eric and Justin was awesome! I will recommend them to family and friends.

I used Atlantis before awhile ago and received great service from Roby. My house was built in the 60's, so a surprise pops up every now and again. This time I was swapping out dishwasher and water connection from wall started crumbling. Called Atlantis for a survey, came out next day. Of course it ended up needing some galvanized pipe cut out and re routed.🫣 Ben was very knowledgeable, gave me a quote on repair and fix for bathroom sink pipe ( not as bad). Had to wait a few days,he came out today as scheduled and got right to work. Surprise #2 ,was the grease build up trapped in the galvanized pipe from kitchen sink🤮🤢. No, I don't pour grease down the drain. Ben explained how this occurs over years of cleaning pots and pans that were used with grease. We could have stopped at that part, since it resolved the initial problem. Ben gave a recommendation to change out the longer piece also and good thing I did! I appreciated Ben's advice and explanation, he was spot on when I saw the inside. Thank you for the wealth of information to keep my pipes clear. The number for Atlantis stays saved in my phone and magnet on fridge. Highly recommended for plumbing needs.

We had a leak coming from an upstairs bathroom. I called to schedule a same day appt. It was a breeze. They offered to have someone come and assess the damage as well simultaneously (for free). Dave was our expert and he was very knowledgeable, polite and fixed the problem in less than 2 hours. He explained the problem in a way I could understand (I am a woman with zero knowledge of anything to do with plumbing). We work in healthcare so it was relieving to have the job started and finished the same day and didn’t additional contacts to help repair the water damage! Definitely recommend and we will have them on speed dial for the future!

Cody and TJ with Atlantis Plumming did an awesome job! A-maz-ing. They were on time, friendly, explained everything, and were very professional and knowledgeable. They replaced our entire water line. Highly recommend them.

These are the best plumbers in the area. The service, the staff, everything was excellent at their Dallas office. I loved working with John, Justin, David the whole team. I even referred my builder to them and he was also impressed by their service. They solved and fixed plumbing issues i have had for years that no one else was able to figure out and it was a major undertaking. I highly recommend them. They truly care about their customers

We had a leak in the front yard coming from under the driveway. They decided to run a new line to into the garage to the water heater. Bryan came out and diagnosed everything, providing the best estimate of multiple we received. More importantly, he was professional, engaging, and took time to answer all of our questions. The day the work was performed, Cody and Andrew were also professional and friendly, plus very efficient. They were both clearly subject matter experts which made us feel very good about the entire process. We're very pleased we chose Atlantis and highly recommend them.

I experienced issues today with a hot water heater and John arrived in less than 2 hrs and completely resolved the problem! He was very good at explaining things and providing options! Great experience!

I had a blocked sewer line outside my house caused by tree roots invading the pipe. Brandon and Justin from Atlantis Plumbing came out to give me a quote, and not only was their price very fair, but they also showed up fully prepared to do the job right away—which I really appreciated. They got to work immediately and called me just a few hours later to let me know everything was repaired and flowing perfectly again. Fast, professional, and dependable service. Highly recommended!

Called Blue Skies at 10:30 this morning because I was concerned about a knocking\popping sound that my water heater was making. The owner, Gareth, picked up the phone…unheard of right. He gave me an appointment window of 12-4. Welp, at 11 o’clock Katherine called to tell me RANCE could be at my house 15-25 minutes. He arrived 20 minutes later. He was friendly, honest and informative. We decided it best to flush the water heater. I really enjoyed the encounter. Job done and paid for, RANCE was pulling out of my driveway at 12 noon…WOOHOO!! So all that being said…I’m team Blue Skies right now! Great job everyone!!

I'm the new homeowner of my beloved grandma's house and knew the plumbing system was in dire need of an upgrade. After doing some research and reading reviews I decided to give Atlantis a call for an estimate. The customer service rep was prompt in setting an estimate. Sandy the plumber was both punctual and very friendly as heard in his call to give his ETA. I noted masks being worn upon entering the house. Now since I'm not a fan of spider web covered basements 😆 I offered moral support on the basement stairs and he was kind enough to take detailed photos of my entire plumbing system. The estimate was within my budget and due to my drain lines leaking into my HVAC system he was able to start that day. As I didn't want to put off that important repair hearing he could start that quick was awesome! At different phases of the job Sandy would send me photos so I could see the progress. Over the course of 4 days Sandy repaired and replaced the water as well as drain lines. Being that some of the original cast iron plumbing was present he literally took the system from antique to awesome! I braved the spider webs and did a full walk through at the completion of the job. Kudos to Atlantis for hiring professional and friendly plumbers that are customer service centered. In the future plumbing issues will equate a call to Atlantis Plumbing! Keep up the awesome work Sandy, I know my grandmother would have been so proud to see such great repairs!!! Whether it be repairs or replacements I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends alike.

As a new homeowner, I had a couple questions about water pressure, our gas fireplace, and our kitchen faucet. Brandon and Aaron were gentlemen and helped lay eyes on areas we were concerned about, quickly fixed a thing or two, gave us advice, and provided us reassurance. They were super polite as well. Called out Atlantis to help with a pipe leak in my living room. They were very quick to respond, sent out teams immediately, and Dave, the leak detection specialist, did a very thorough investigation of the cause of the leak. Dave was great to work with and worked tirelessly to get to the root of the problem. Could not recommend Dave and Atlantis any higher.
