Head’s was truly a blessing to me. They way they coordinated to get me connected with a remediation company, landscaper to completing their services with excellence. The ENTIRE team I had a touch with were AMAZING! I now have their Gold membership plan. I pray I don’t needed it, but if I do I’m in GREAT hands.

Head's Plumbing came out to resolve a busted pipe in the front yard of our property. Their customer service from the initial call to the repair was phenomenal! We noticed the leak on Sunday afternoon and called them, not expecting a response until Monday since it wasn't an emergency repair.

To our surprise, we received a call that Sunday evening and the technician was available on Monday. We had to delay the repair by a day and Head's accommodated our request. They communicated with us every step of the way and even sent us a picture of the technician who would be completing the repair. We would not hesitate to use them again for any other plumbing issue!

I had a wonderful experience with Head’s Plumbing! They quickly answered and scheduled a convenient time, were responsive with any questions, and even sent a picture of the technician and his rating in advance of his arrival so that we could know who we were looking out for. Shane was great! He answered all of our questions, did a fantastic job while quickly finishing the work. I also really appreciate the history of the company- I love a Black owned business! They’re definitely our new plumbers wherever we live!

The technician was on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently! The water in my toilet was continously running which caused me a high water bill. The technician replaced the defective part and the other parts internal in the tank. Very pleased with the service I received.

My initial contact Via telephone was very helpful. They explained how they would be willing to assist me in three different options to choose from. The technician Shane called 30 minutes prior to arrival/appointment time. No waiting after the scheduled appointment time….no excuses about Atlanta traffic. He was 5 minutes early wow . I will recommend Head’s Plumbing and will be using this Company moving forward with any Plumbing 🪠 issues

I had a wonderful experience with Shane and Head's Plumbing after discovering my outdoor spigot decided overnight in the cold weather to leak heavily. Shane came out, replaced my spigot, and made the recommendation for an indoor turn off valve for the pipe in case of freezing weather, which we received last night. I will definitely use them again for my plumbing needs.

I first called Head’s Plumbing in July 2025, less than two weeks after purchasing my new home, when I discovered severe plumbing issues. From the start, their team was professional, responsive, and accommodating with scheduling.

The plumber assigned to my case, Damian Robinson, was nothing short of outstanding. He was professional, highly knowledgeable, and explained every step of the process in clear, easy-to-understand terms. After a thorough inspection, Damian identified that all of my cast iron pipes needed to be replaced, a huge job that I initially feared would take weeks.

What set Damian apart was his attention to detail and follow-through. He provided over 20 photos of the damaged pipes, a detailed materials list, and personal notes to accompany the estimate, which gave me confidence in moving forward. During the project, when the rest of the crew had to leave due to an emergency, Damian stayed late into the night working on his own, keeping me updated the entire time. He returned first thing the next morning to finish the job, showing true dedication to both his work and his customer.

From the office staff who handled scheduling and follow-up with kindness, to the exceptional workmanship and professionalism of Damian, my entire experience with Head’s Plumbing turned what could have been a nightmare situation into something manageable.

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I cannot recommend Head’s Plumbing, and especially Damian Robinson, highly enough. If there were an award for excellence in plumbing, Damian deserves it!

He came in and explained my problems with my sinks, issues with cast iron pipes needing changing out. He asked me questions as well as answered mine whereas that made me able to trust his process. I definitely will be letting others know about the experience I had. Thanks again.

The technician was thorough, friendly and professional. The job took 4 hours, but he did not stop until the leaky shower was fixed. The job cost~$1070. The office kindly called 30 minutes after he left, to collect the $40 dispatch fee the plumber neglected to add to the bill.

2/21: the shower is leaking again.

Mr Byron was they're a professional. He assessed all the repairs that I called for and spotted another item that needed to be repaired immediately. or else, it would have been very costly. He he came in, took his time, explain everything to me and was NOT irritated by my multiple questions, and took all the trash with him. I would definitely recommend Head's Plumbing Sales & Services.

These 4 stars give my service no justice as it was AMAZING service. Not a corporate chain feel but treated like a valued customer. David was my servicer and deserves a raise! He went above and beyond in every area to make sure I had working plumbing. He thought through my drain issue and continued working at it until resolved, no matter what it took. It is service hard to come by these days.

I called and received an appointment same day. My servicer, David, called when on the way and arrived within the time window promised. David thoroughly explained the work needed and addressed all of my million questions and concerns with such patience. He ensured the work area was clean once he was finished. Pricing was comparable for the quality of work received.

The one area I would call out is contacting a call center to schedule versus an online option but the phone call does guarantee the appointment.

Plumbers, Byron and Ty did an awesome job. Completed my long list of tasks in a much shorter time than expected. Also saved me some money by not having to do demo to access a pipe. Head's Plumbing customer service was exceptional with scheduling and updates. I highly recommend this company.
