Head’s Plumbing repaired 3 gas leaks and brought the hot water tank up to code. They were timely in providing the service within a day or two of calling. Gene, the technician was very professional and courteous while making sure I understood the problem prior to starting the job. The job was fully completed within 4 hours. I will definitely use them again. The courtesy started with the front office and obviously it flows throughout the company. Great business experience!

I was impressed with David because he arrived at the house on time , and introduced himself. Then asked me about my issue , then went right to work on assessing how to deal with the problem. He worked consistently and from time to time informed me on where he was at solving the issue. After several hours of hard work he straightened out the problems I was having with the drainage in my bathroom sinks. The service and price were very competitive. To sum it all up , should I ever need plumbing services again I will call Head's Plumbing without question.

I had a leaking shower. The technician,Gene, was kind, professional, and thorough. I enjoyed working with him and listening to his diagnostic theories. The job was $1090. After paying cash,the main office called to collect the $40 dispatch fee. For 6 days, the shower leak seemed fixed. It has now resurfaced. We've contacted the company who will return on Monday to reassess. I'm confident that it will be fixed at that time and we won't be charged another $1000 for a problem that was never solved.

Rahmel was great. Would have came the same day but I was busy. He fixed my tuning toilet and replace the main valve be use it was causing too much pressure causing my toilet to run. He also made sure to give me the correct report to send to the water company so they can adjust my bill. I recommend Atlanta plumbing & drain every time.
