Robert Camp did an excellent job repairing pipe leak. Once completed another leak on another pipe was detected and he immediately repaired it. He was very professional and courteous. Thank you Robert for a job well done!

We had a major leak in our bathroom on the top floor, which happened while we were on vacation and we came home to all three floors being completely flooded. John austin from Atlantis came over and turned the water off and afterwards suggested that we get a Moen detector put on that will turn off the water if there is another leak. We have had it for four weeks and are absolutely loving it. It is so very worth the expense to have the security this will never happen again thank you John austin.

We initially received an estimate for a plumbing rough‑in from this company, and during the visit the estimator also expressed interest in purchasing a TT table from us. After the plumbing designs were revised and the scope of work was reduced, we reached out multiple times requesting an updated estimate.

Unfortunately, the only way to contact the estimator was through the main office, which would relay messages on our behalf. Despite several attempts, we never received a call back or any response regarding the revised estimate. The lack of communication made the process unnecessarily difficult and unprofessional.

If you have a turnkey project that requires extensive plumbing work, permitting, and reliable coordination, I would recommend exploring your options carefully.

Brian Miller was referred to me by a friend of mine whose referrals I value immensely when I was in search of a plumber . And Brian didn't disappoint at all. He has done several jobs for us since then - switching out the water heater was a big one on that list. Brain set a high standard both in terms of workmanship and general grasp of plumbing. He had a knack for excellent troubleshooting and explains things well. Certainly one of the finest in the trade.

Avoid. We had a plumber from Atlantis come because we wanted a running toilet fixed. He told us we needed a new toilet, which we agreed to, and that he could look at any other plumbing needs/issues while he was there. He looked at our hot water heater and said it looked fine, but that the Thermal Expansion Tank needed to be replaced immediately. We agreed, and they said they would return a few days later for both jobs. The plumber who came for the actual replacement (different guy) replaced the toilet and when he looked at the Hot Water Heater said it looked like it needed to be replaced very soon. We told him what the previous person (who worked at the same company) told us, which was different. He then started to backtrack a little and said, "Well, not IMMEDIATELY." As you can imagine, I was a bit suspicious. Who was telling the truth? We said we wanted just to get the thermal expansion tank as we had agreed to, and he completed the job. Not a week later, we started to see brown water come out of our bathtub faucet, and my husband decided to call a different plumber for assessment. The plumbers who came said the thermal expansion tank was installed incorrectly, which immediately voided its warranty. He said, "This is mounted wrong and it should have never been screwed directly into the hot water heater". Also, the previous plumber (Atlantis) had adjusted our PSI to over 100 and had not readjusted it back to where it belongs (somewhere between 65-75) - this is incredibly dangerous and it's a miracle we didn't have a flood. It cost us a good amount of money to fix what Atlantis did, and we will never use them again. Beware.

Brian took the time to explain everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure the job was done perfectly. Atlantis plumbing was awesome. They worked with my schedule to come and see what was happening with my water bill. They helped me identify where the problem was coming from and even told me how to get it fixed. Bryan was really nice and helpful. Great guy!!

My outdoor pipes had burst. A made a call to Atlantis they were at my house within an hr and solved the problem. Very knowledgeable, great communication as far as the repairs. Would definitely recommend.

We had an intake line burst in the water heater closet in the house just before midnight recently (not due to freezing). With water spraying into the closet, we quickly called around looking for a 24-hour plumber with decent ratings. Several of the more recognizable names in the area were not 24-hour, but Atlantis dispatched Tony S. with a 40-minute arrival time. Tony arrived, quickly assessed the situation and got the water shut off. Then, he went to work to replace the section of pipe. Suspecting a pressure problem, he ran those checks as well, ultimately finding the burst section of pipe was old and had weak or damage spots and the pressure was fine. He did point out some changes we might consider (previous owner had self-installed this water heater), but there was no high-pressure or dire warnings just to secure more work. Tony was fast, friendly and got us back in business. We may have a new go-to plumber.

Eric and Dale did a great job and worked well together. Performance was efficient, well explained and implemented very quickly. They came back for a follow up visit today to handle an unforeseen issue with a slow leak in my supply valve to the dishwasher. They were able to get this knocked out from start to finish in about 45 minutes.

These guys had a great attitude, and I would gladly have them do other projects in the future.

This company is the very best. I had a water leak that a leak detector could not find. Therefore, I had to replace a 1,500 foot water line to correct the leak! Atlantis Plumbing came out quickly and ran the new line. The men worked tirelessly to get me hooked up again, working until 9:30 PM one night and until 2:30 AM the following morning (wearing head lamps) to restore my service. I had wonderful responses and services from the telephone contacts (Kayla and Carol), the plumbers, Bryan, Jamaka, and Dale. Everybody was kind, respectful, on time, and did all services with SMILES.....even at 2 AM in the morning. This was a very tough job, and everyone came to my rescue.

Dylan was exceptionally great with customer service and helping out with a sewer line that was damaged in my yard. He was knowledgeable and friendly as well as helpful in managing costs and best case scenarios decisions for the project in my home. I highly recommend him and his team for any plumbing needs!!

We’ve used Atlantis for years and highly recommend them. So when we knew we had a fairly big job - replace a leaking main pipe outside from meter to home, we had great confidence in Atlantis. Our toilet flooded at Prestige Jewelers a couple days ago. We contacted Cody with Garrett Mechanical yesterday, and he came out first thing this morning…on a Saturday and on Valentine’s Day!! He and his partner quickly found the clogged pipe, replaced the toilet, and had everything handled efficiently and professionally. I found myself without power during a cold snap after my meter failed.Cobb EMC cut my power until it could be fixed.Snappy was out the next morning and had it all working within a reasonable amount of time.It passed inspection and I'm very happy with the work Eddie Zarate and his assistant provided.And I'm very happy with the price too.They will definitely be my go to for home systems repair.
