Roto-Rooter rep(Jamaal D.) provided an awesome experience. He completely took control of the situation and helped bring peace throughout my household. Rep was very peaceful, helpful, and knowledgeable about the situation. My family and I appreciate Jamaal D. He is considered a plus one in the customer service business.

Al was professional and courteous. He unclogged my kitchen sink and although it was a dirty job, he left the sink area cleaner than he found it. He even gave me professional tips on how not to clog the garbage disposal. He did such an incredible job!

My experience with RR has been amazing thus far. Jamie was dispatched and he showed up promptly with a smile. He was very detailed and explained all the steps to ensure that I was confident with the current repair and all of the future events. In an hour, Anthony came to help with the next step which included locating the water and determining the damage. I was completely taken care of and they helped me feel at ease. I was able to unpack my overnight bag because my pipes were fixed that night. I was so happy to have the opportunity to sleep in my own bed. Thank you!

Roto Rooter responded very promptly to my service request. Steph, my plumber arrived as scheduled, professional and repaired my plumbing problem. Very pleased with the company and plumber.

Both Plumbers, service me on difference occasion and did provide good service and replaced the toilet pump in two bathrooms. The first plumber told me to pay $200.00 more after I Already signed the invoice for $850.00 for labor, parts and I gave the $50.00 for a tip. I gave him $200.00 cash that I believe he should have updated the invoice and give me the check back to be replace with increased amount to be put on the check. The second plumber replaced the toilet pump and there was no additional charge for parts and labor that I signed for on the invoice.

Had a little issue with the pipe freezing and Jamaal got our house back up and running! No non sense - told it to me straight, and a good communicator, and kind. A proper professional and good representative of the company. Will definitely be keeping them for any future issues.

Dont call this company at all. In urgent need a plumber to open a clog sewer line at earliest time. They set me up for 9.39pm to 10.39pm. No one showed up. 2 times rescheduled because "they are behind" we understand but finally after call the customer service for the update and arrival ETA she said no one is available tonight... until tomorrow at 3pm. No price over the phone, no tech available just wanted my time with all this miss in my home.

Fabulous service, quick, clean, and professional. We would definitely use Roto-Rooter again and were so appreciative of Daniel. He saved us and impressed us with his knowledge of the plumbing and sewer systems associated with our home.

Happy holiday! Called last minute to get a quote about a clogged drain and Roto- Rooter came out same day. Kitchen sink clogged, Mike 5507, took was professional l, experienced and took time to explain the issue, fix and cost! Well replaced faucet and garbage deposal! Great price, timely and honest. This review is for the Manager I dealt with in getting a sump pump replaced (that Roto-rooter replaced a bit over a year ago).

The manager 'offered' me half off of labor to once again come out a replace a Sump pump they installed for the second time in 2 years.

When it was time to pay the bill, it was actually MORE than the quoted 'Full price'. Talked with the same manager who claimed I misunderstood. After bringing up that the price was not even the full price we initially discussed magically he was able to refund the difference and told me they could never serve my address again. Literally would never work with this company.
Plumbers are fine. Parts and management not great.

The team at Roto Rooter answered the phone promptly, sent a qualified professional within 2 hours (after my call at 9:30 pm). Jamal showed up and was very professional. He immediately understood the situation and was able to diagnose the problem - went to his van and built the parts right there. Came back and installed them. Done within 20 min. Saved my basement from a water disaster

Roto-rooter exceeded my expectations! Mike, the technician was extremely knowledgeable and kind! He answered all of my questions thoroughly and explained everything in detail. I would definitely recommend and will be utilizing them for future jobs if needed :)

We had to replace 2 toilets - our tech was Emil and he was great - professional very neat in appearance complete with uniform - he met us at Home Depot and selected the 2 toilets he knew were perfect for our needs - shared his Military discount - installation was perfect and all is working perfectly. Emil couldn’t be a better representative for Roto Rooter !

We had a major plumbing emergency this evening around 6pm. Emmanuel and William arrived around 7:30 and immediately got to work. Using a camera inspection, they identified several underlying issues in our plumbing lines that we’ll be addressing in the near future. Both were extremely professional, kind, and took the time to walk us through every step of the process. We really appreciated their help and transparency.

Great service by Al and co worker! They both did a fantastic job replacing my leaking water main valve , regulator and replacing the expansion tank. Highly recommend Roto Rooter, they came very fast too and my problem was fixed! Thanks again

Al and team were great! We had a water heater leak on a Sunday and they were able to come promptly and address the issue. They provided us with options and worked diligently through the day to replace the water heaters. We are pleased with the workmanship and timeliness of the job. We highly recommend them and will definitely hire them again if needed.

The visit was very pleasant. My technician Jamal was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He didn’t try to take advantage of me being a single woman and sell me stuff I don’t need. He laid all of my options out for me to decide how I wanted to move forward. It did a great job. UPDATE. I had another plumbing issue and a different technician was sent out. We he saw my water heater he was very impressed by the installation. He even asked to take a picture of it. What a great compliment for Jamal and his work. Very impressive!

Jamal was amazing throughout the whole process of diagnosis through to delivering the solution. He went above and beyond ensuring that he not only replaced our water heater but also installed a sump pump to prevent the flooding from ever happening again. Truly grateful for his word.

We called and asked if there was a cost to come out and diagnose the problem. They said there was no cost. The guy came out and said he can’t even look at anything without us giving him $220. They wasted out time. I called them after the guy left and asked them what the cost of the diagnosis is and they said they have no I idea and it’s up to the plumber what they want to charge for a diagnosis. What a scam. Get your act together and next time, he honest about how you do business. I would not recommend.

We have had problems with clogs and slow drains in our basement bathroom for the past few years but other plumbing fixtures in our house were perfectly fine. Other plumbers have repeatedly plunged and snaked, but our problems have always returned within a few weeks. Enter Vince from Roto Rooter. He asked very intelligent diagnostic questions about exactly what we were experiencing, and immediately pinpointed a sewage backup valve sunk in our basement slab. He explained how a normally protective flapper in the valve can break down and collect debris. Sure enough, when he disassembled the valve, all manner of debris and backed up sewage came spewing out. Turns out the other plumbers probably even damaged the valve further as they crudely snaked the lines. He gave us a less expensive option to try to rebuild the 34 year old valve, or a reasonable price to replace it. With the repeated problems we've had, we opted to fix it right and replace it. Vince was very polite and conscientious about keeping his work area clean, especially challenging given the nature of the work. With a new valve installed and our lines verified clear with his sophisticated camera, we are now finally confident that we have the problem solved. We will be calling for Vince for any future plumbing problems we have!

As you can imagine, having a major plumbing issue first thing in the morning is NOT an ideal start to the day. I called Roto-Rooter and they sent a plumber within an hour. The plumber, AL, was the absolute best that they could’ve sent. He explained what was happening and made the complicated easily understood. He fully replaced my water heater and thoroughly went over the details & warranties of the new equipment. In my time of crisis, AL made me feel at ease. I am grateful for the attentiveness, knowledge and professionalism of the Roto-Rooter staff. Thank you!!!
