QDS Treeworx did an excellent job with our tree removal! They were professional, on time, and very efficient from start to finish. The crew worked safely, with care for our property, and cleaned everything up thoroughly as they went. Communication was great throughout the process. I’d definitely recommend QDS Treeworx to anyone needing tree work done.

The company came as a reference. Ben & the team were professional from the first visit. Ben was upfront with his recommendations & expectations after listening to what I wanted. They took out 2 pines taller than my house and trimmed 20+ other trees. They were respectful of my property & did a thorough clean up. I will call them again when I need additional tree work. Highly recommend.

Mr James come to my house and cut down 15 trees! Wow amazing! And in such a timely manner! He was very polite and willing to work with me on the trees I had to have come down... Due to soil erosion.
Thank God for Mr JT! The kids love the yard to play in now!

Best price for the experience and quality Work he has always been known for you won't find a better deal or a more capable tree man than JT he's trained me as well as many other people in the trade and im a better climber because of it. he has had a lot of people who otherwise would not have been able to afford to get a tree service to come out because of his kind heart and willingness to work with what the Costumers are able to afford. If you're considering having any Work done whether it be trimming limbs or removing the whole tree i highly recommend that you give this man a call even if you already have someone else it never hurts to have one more set of eyes on it and with over 30years experience he might just be able to get you in there for a fraction of what you're gonna end up paying with another service. I called this so-called "tree service" at 5:30 P.M. on Thursday, 11/21/2024, to request a quote to trim three trees. The guy sounded like he was half-asleep, so I asked if I should call back. He said, "No, just give me a minute to get a pen and paper to write down the address." Really? That’s the energy you bring to a potential customer? His business is listed less than 4 miles from my house, so I figured, why not? We scheduled an appointment for 11/22 at 11:30 A.M.

Fast forward to 11:45 A.M. the next day: no show, no call, nothing. When I called, he STILL sounded like he’d just rolled out of bed! I asked if he was still coming, and he hit me with, "My truck broke down, and I don’t have transportation." SERIOUSLY? Between 5:30 Thursday night and 11:30 Friday morning, your truck broke down, and you didn’t think it was worth notifying a client who was expecting you?

This level of unprofessionalism is mind-blowing. How this company has high reviews is beyond me—maybe they’re written by friends or family. If I could give this operation -5 stars, I absolutely would. Save your time and money. They clearly have no respect for either!
