Unprofessional behavior. I asked for a price quote and this company installed a sign on my property without permission.

Zero stars!! What a waste of money and time!! They burned up our fabulous lawn a year ago, said they would come back to fix it but ........ still holes in the lawn from a year ago. Craig in the Atlanta office makes all kinds of promises but never follows through. RUN from this lawn service...don't walk!

Been using TruGreen for over a year. Not only do we still have a ton of weeds, but they scorched our lawn!!!! Needless to say, we will be cancelling

They took the time to understand my vision and transformed my yard into a beautiful, functional outdoor space. The quality of their work is top-notch, and they stayed on schedule and within budget.

I used trugreen services for about a year. I found the communication to be poor. It was almost impossible to reschedule a technician. I finally decided it wasn’t worth the hassle and called to cancel. Rep assured me that I was officially cancelled in the system. About a week later a technician was out at the house. I proceeded to tell him that I already cancelled my service and I wouldn’t need a treatment. He left and did not treat my home. I later received a bill for a treatment I never received and I had to call to cancel my service again. I took months to pay the bill in order to signal to Tru Green that I was truly done with them as a customer. I just paid said bill for a service I never agreed to or received. Modern day scammers.

The technician did a thorough job intentionally treating the actual weeds in my lawn. This attention to detail made me value the service plan.

The first visit I had there was no soil testing, no guide the TruGreen employee went over with me to inform me what’s best for my lawn. He just came out sprayed a bunch of weed killer, rolled his water hose up and left. I have 4 outdoor cameras and he was there all of 10 minutes. I ordered the TruPro plan based off of TruGreen, including their TruPro plan, offers seeding services, specifically overseeding, as part of their comprehensive lawn care offerings. This didn’t happen. I spoke with a representative on the phone and she told me she added an overseeding service to my plan, even though I was supposed to already have it. I asked the cost of it and she told me, “nothing I’ve added it to your plan at no additional cost. Apparently she lied because the last rep I spoke with said in my area we don’t get overseeding. Now I’m confused what I’m paying for exactly. I could’ve sprayed the weed killer myself and saved my money. Now that I’ve been told my package isn’t really my package it’s just a general statement that TruGreen makes with their TruPro plan I’m not pleased at all. The neighbors recommended PeachState and now I think I’ve made a massive mistake. I asked when my next visit is and I couldn’t get a date. Just a 4-6 week period. WOW! Then at the very end of my text thread it seemed the rep was rushing me off. TruGreen has to be better than this. I cannot believe they treat their customers like this. I saved the conversation because I’ve been told so many different things now. VERY UNHAPPY WITH TRUGREEN!

TrueGreen service agent pleasant and professional. Understood some unique parameters of my property and paid attention to them without additional instruction and oversight.

My front and back lawns were being invaded by a fast growing weed. TruGreen treatments definitely took care of the issue and now it's just a matter of getting it to green up.

I got this service six weeks after laying down new sods. So we are six months into this service. I have more weeds than before. I even received a weed violation from my association. This experience is very upsetting and disappointing. I would never recommend Truegreen to anyone.

We’ve had Trugreen Lawn services for several years now and our our lawn looks beautiful. Their fertilizers and treatments are consistent and the techs are very kind, professional and thorough. Highly recommend Trugreen.

I’m very disappointed with TruGreen. They charged us way more than expected, and the service we received was nowhere near the quality we were promised. On top of that, when we reached out to customer service to resolve the issue, they were extremely unhelpful with complete waste of more than 2 hrs of out time . It felt like they didn’t care about our concerns at all as we prepaid the amount for full year . I would not recommend TruGreen to anyone looking for reliable lawn care or decent customer support.

I contracted this company to do my yard after spending 11 years of a previous contractor that lied to me once I saw that they were not doing what they said they would do on the camera this company so far has lived up today expectation

Did a great job. Waiting until the spring to get a full experience with the grass

We have been using TruGreen for years. Added the mosquito treatment several years ago and have been super satisfied. Daniel is who we had the joy of meeting today. He was very proud of his work as were we too. We appreciate all of you.

TruGreen killed my lawn.
My lawn turned brown after the second/third visit (hard to tell as they no showed several times).
I have tried for months to get a call back or site visit. I have tried customer service, who are nice, but powerless.
Lawn was new; neighbor’s done together; theirs is perfect, mine is dead.

We could have saved the yard if they would have responded. Months have passed; I have a year’s prepaid service; they are doing nothing. Can’t even get a call back. And of course are not providing any services I have pre-paid for.

TreGreen - I read the reviews that say your preferred method of dealing with this complaints is to just ignore the customer until they go away.
TruGreen- CALL ME BACK. I AM NOT GOING AWAY.

*ZERO* STARS for Customer Service/Sales. I called to continue service at a house I just bought and when I gave the rep my phone #, they pulled up a national commercial account that I had for a business years ago. They spent an hour with me on the phone trying to "get my # released". They were able to find the sellers account & the services they had, but couldn't set me up until the commercial account was removed from my number. After over an hour, the rep committed to sending me a quote via email.

That was 2 weeks ago.

Today, I called again. My # was removed from the commercial account, but the rep would only focus on hard selling me over the phone; the usual: new customer discount, 1st service discount, prepay discount bundled service discount... I repeatedly said I was not going to make any commitments on the phone and the rep kept saying "oh, yes, I'll send you the quote in writing for you to review after we get you setup on the phone. If I can get your CC #, we can proceed..." Finally, I hung up.

3 calls from TruGreen California "call center" today...

Excellent service. Confirmation the day before they are coming. They show up. They do the work. They let me know they’ve been there. Grass looks beautiful.

I'm still concerned about my grass you have treated it 3 times for fungus but looks like it is getting worse. It definitely needs more treatments, the last application was was on 12th of this month i think.
