This is my first year using TruGreen and my yard has never looked better! I have the TruGreen Complete Plan and Tree & Shrub service. I started in March and have had 3 treatments. My zoysia was riddled with weeds last year and this spring but just one TruGreen treated started to correct things. My shrubs were also struggling all last year due to a fungal infection - now they have several inches of new growth. It’s a great investment!

Ive used TRUGREEN for 27 years in California, I know the grasses and trees are treated differently here in Georgia, but I believe I can achieve the best results possible. Looking forward to working with them

I have been a longtime TruGreen customer and could not imagine not having a partnership with them. For a few years I tried to go it alone but quickly realized that I would save money and my sanity by going back to TruGreen.

My Account Manager Greg Schomake is always there for me to discuss action plans and/or options for additional services. He takes the time to review all of my options and ensures it is the best plan for my property. I never get the hard sell feeling with Greg. He provides the details so I am comfortable in making an informed decision.

A couple of years ago due to organizational shifts my service representative Larry White was assigned to another area. I promise I was not imagining things when my lawn didn't respond to the switch in specialists. I always felt that Larry took a more personal interest in my lawn's performance.

As I work from home Larry would always greet me with that great smile, tell me exactly what the daily service would entail and give me a report of the health of my lawn. I explained to Greg that while I was not making a negative report on my current specialist I wanted Larry White back on my account. While making no promises Greg stated he would make a note on my account. I was thrilled to see Larry's smiling face on my next scheduled service.

I appreciate that TruGreen took note of my personal request which I'm sure required an additional shift but that shows we all want the good ones. Kudos and appreciation from a ride or die customer.

Ruined our entire lawn on 6/16! Will not edit review until our entire lawn is fixed.

So much for the free aeration and seeding. A tech came by and road around on a machine and it poked holes and I don’t see seeds anywhere. Kind of a joke….

TruGreen has been treating our fertilizer stain since the damage on 6/16 and it’s getting better, but not completely fixed yet…

TruGreen did come by on Monday, 6/27 to inspect, take photos, and provide us with a makegood plan for the damaged lawn. We were told by the specialist that they would fix our lawn over how ever many weeks it would take and they promised to redo our front lawn in the fall (aeration and seed). The next step was for someone to come by on Wednesday to treat the fertilizer burn. No one came on Wednesday, so I called to find out what was happening. They moved our appointment to Thursday, but no one came to service, so we are confused and still disappointed…

Showed up unannounced after i spoke with thier office 2 days prior to reschedule my treatment. Didn't spray my entire yard, only partially done. Spraying more chemicals on my neighbor's property on left side of my lawn. My grass in the backyard is 1/3 brown out. Arrived at 10:38 finished at 10:56. I'm very displeased with the service and lack of notification prior to this service.

The technician servicing my lawn today, did a great job of spraying my lawn. Currently, my ENTIRE lawn is covered with poa annua weeds. I have a service contract and pre-emergent treatment should have been used to prevent this from happening. I would like to request a manager come out and assess my lawn and determine a course of action to get my lawn back to where it has always been prior to this year!

I’ve been a TruGreen customer since 2019, and my experience has been frustrating from the very beginning. When I first signed up, my lawn was lush and healthy. Now, it's completely overrun with weeds and patches of dirt—there’s barely any grass left.

I’ve contacted them countless times to fix the issue. Each time, I’m told someone will come out and resolve it, but no real action is ever taken. They promise to notify me before visits—they don’t. They offer discounts or vague reassurances, but the underlying problems are never addressed.

Today was the final straw. A technician showed up, sprayed what looked like two squirts of weed killer, and called that a “service.” That’s not lawn care. That’s a joke.

This company is unreliable, their service is ineffective, and their management is dishonest. If you care about your lawn, do not use TruGreen. They will ruin it, waste your money, and leave you with nothing but empty promises and dead grass.

Trugreen destroyed our beautiful fescue yard today when they aerated the first week in August after three days of non stop rain. Fescue should not be aerated until mid to late September. Their sales guy called us last week with a ‘special’ to book fall aerating and ‘overseeding’ but we had to pay now to get a slot because they were filling up fast. They showed up today and absolutely destroyed our property. Oh - and they don’t overseed - they don’t have a license they told us. We promptly cancelled all service with them. They are sales people. Not yard care. Be aware.

True Care Lawn Care which I have been using for 2 years has done an excellent job. They are always on time. My only complaint is that I don’t always know when they have been. I’m a full time graduate student so I am not always home when they come. The way I know the yard signs they place in my yard.

The work and the worker was great. Great work will do what is ask of him if ask in a professional way. Everyone have feelings. God Bless Escamilla Tree Service.

This crew did an amazing job while also being very professional, on time, and finishing in a timely manner. They were clean, efficient, and even went above and beyond to make sure that they left our property looking even better than how they found it. 100% would recommend, and will definitely use for projects in the future.

Andrew and his time were awesome. They were prompt, competitive with pricing, and cleaned up after themselves. I called many companies to get a quote for work but only Andrew called me back immediately, went out of his way to see me for a quote, and got the work done promptly. I’m very impressed!

Used these guys last year. Their price was very reasonable and they did a great job.

Escamilla Tree Service performed admirably in terms of tree removal. However, they failed to adequately clean up, particularly with regard to smaller branches. Despite my five follow-up calls, during which they promised to return and complete the cleanup, they ultimately ceased responding. Full payment had been rendered for their services. I will not engage their services again, nor will I recommend them to others.

I am beyond pleased! Andrew and his crew were wonderful, on time and did a fabulous job! They absolutely CARE about what they do and make certain that the customer is pleased with the results. I HIGHLY recommend Escamilla Tree Service. Andrew is extremely polite, very patient and the prices quoted very reasonable. ISO very glad that I chose them and will do so again n the future.

Tree removal was quick and neat according to our wishes. When done they cleaned up the yard. Workers were courteous and fast. Thank you
