The service technician provided commendable service. The primary concern stems from the previous team's decision to seed the damaged lawn area with a fescue mixture, rather than laying sod, which is inconsistent with our Bermuda grass. This has resulted in an uneven lawn appearance and increased maintenance requirements due to the differing growth rates. The service technician documented the issue with photographic evidence. We request the manager's immediate attention to this matter, including a personal visit to our property to discuss remediation strategies for the fescue. We anticipate a prompt follow-up and a scheduled visit from the manager. Thank you.

Emanuel B showed up, knocked and established communication with me, and went right to work. He did exactly what was scheduled today (initial fertilizer, first treatment) and advised me on when I should next mow the yard. He was excellent and professional and a pleasure to speak to. Very excited that he is our technician!

This was very disappointing to say the least but now I have a larger issue. My card was charged $89.00 by you guys without my consent. I've only had one treatment which was $29.99 and I canceled immediately after that for poor service rendered.

I need these funds refunded to my account, this charge is fraudulent!

The guy literally came over turned over a bucket of fertilizer of my newly laid Zeon Zoysia grass and showed up 2 days after the scheduled appointment with no call or communication.

The technician had little knowledge about anything I asked regarding the brown spot on my lawn and how to treat them.

Make sure to call this TRUGREEN branch if you would like a green "S" drawn in your front lawn. Tried to manage with this branch for a full year to give them a chance. Multiple times having to come back to my house 3 times for the same service. Still have weeds in my yard 1 year later. Corporate needs to step in at this branch and figure out what is going on.

TruGreen has improved. My neighbor has weeds and it seemed to get to my lawn. TruGreen came out and addressed the weeds. Currently there are no weed in my lawn. I expect a very lush deep green lawn this spring and summer.

A 3 hour wait time to speak to a representative is insane. When you choose the text option nobody replies. Here’s the best thing. I prepayed for the year and nobody showed up last month.

If I could’ve given zero stars, I would have from the very first service they say your tech will come out and assess your lawn before even started didn’t happen. Tech came out put a few sprinkles of fertilizer here and there I walked the lawn made him show me where he put fertilizer down because he was there less than two minutes, and I saw just a speckle here and a speckled there of the pellets I complain. They said they were sending somebody back out to put fertilizer down again they came out they put a spray down with weed and insect killer in it and some nitrogen and said the nitrogen would fertilize the yard didn’t get the pellets called and they said on their system it showed I was supposed to get pellets but they didn’t put pellets when they came so they came back out again. They were gonna put lime and fertilizer pellets. They put lime only. The guy said he didn’t have it on his sheet to put fertilizer. I called the office. The office said well yes someone else is coming back with fertilizer pellets later this afternoon. later that afternoon 11 o’clock in the day another technician showed up he put more lime down on my lawn and when I walked out and asked the young man, what did you put out today? He said I put lime down. I said you were supposed to come and put fertilizer. He said that’s not on my sheet to put down. I told him someone came at 8 o’clock and put lime now you’re back at 11 o’clock with more lime. I received a call from customer service who was going to argue me down that the spray had fertilizer in it and I said yes, they told me that the nitrogen would enhance the soil, but that the pellet was their actual fertilizer. I’m assuming I won’t get pellets like I should have in the beginning. This has been one disaster after another. The technicians said that they were walking and spreading the lime and the weed spray and I’m looking at them on my camera which I have cameras all the way around my home. I didn’t see them spraying all the way around my home or walking with the spreader all the way around my home and when I questioned it, they argued me down that they did, but as I said, I have cameras all the way around my home.

Service representative was knowledgeable about aerating my zoysia lawn and explained the service in detail. He paid attention to the details of my sloped terrain to avoid unnecessary tracking that might be caused by the heavy equipment. I am so pleased with the professional ethic and the job was completed to my full satisfaction.

I see Ashley Williams is not the only one TruGreen has provided subpar service to. I have tried calling multiple times where I keep getting the run around, have asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times. I will make sure that my Company also stops using them for commercial service as well.

Trugreen has been a blessing for me. My yard looks like a yard everyone hopes and strives for with no weeds and excellent growth. It looks like carpet. The only imperfections come from my landscaper who cut a few holes in my yard.
I will always use them as it makes my life easier and keeps me out of my yard and taking care of things inside.

Marcus has been the best lawn man to treat my yard. The other guys with true green were not doing a good job. Marcus has treated my yard twice and has saved the day. He has went above and beyond to kill my weeds in my yard.

My yard is exponentially worse because of TruGreen. Major billing complications, they couldn’t keep track of my account properly. Create multiple shell accounts for my address and had zero strategy or support for my yard. Trees and grass look horrible, my yard was so much better before I hired TruGreen

Save yourself a headache and go with a different company. We were happy with Tru Green for our first few applications, but one service led to dead grass at the application sites. We called to raise the issue and were told a manager would be in contact to come out and discuss the problem. The manager has never called us despite my calling 5+ times to follow up. On top of that, we requested all services be postponed until we speak to the manager, but the company continues to show up and provide services and charge us (despite several requests not to).

TERRIBLE company, do not waste your time, or let them wreck your lawn.

They killed off half of my grass early this year and they've been "working on fixing it" I asked for no services to be done until we had a resolution. Instead, someone came out and serviced the lawn..whatever they used bleached/killed my grass again. My lawn looks like a topography map...reds..oranges..yellows..browns. I am furious. Do they care? No. Will they fix it? No. Waste of money, and now I have a terrible looking lawn to enjoy all summer.

The man that came out today was the first one I was able to talk to. Very nice and polite. Answered some questions about my yard and things I can do to control the weeds better between your spraying. Thanks for your help with my yard.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. I used to have TrueGreen and cancelled several years ago because after several years with them, I ended up with more weeds in my lawn than when I started using them. I swapped to Northwest and my lawn improved dramatically over the course of the next 2 years, until Northwest got out of the lawn maintenance service and sold my service to, yup, you guessed it, TrueGreen! I now have more weeds than bermuda in my lawn since they did not put down any pre-emergent.

During my last normal service, they put down fertilizer, lime, pre-emergent, and a herbicide. The ticket stated that I should see the weeds discolor and decline in 14-21 days. The ticket stated that the herbicide targets Annual broadleaf weeds, clover, dandelion, and wild carrot.

After 22 days, the weeds were larger and more wide spread. I identified them as Poa Annua. I called to let them know that the herbicide had had no effect and told them what weed I had. I asked that they poison my weeds because they are getting out of control. They wet up a ticket for the following week and no one showed. I called on Friday of that following week and stated that no one showed, so they set up a call for the following Wednesday,.

The technician came out and put out MORE pre-emergent and more lime, but no poison. The service ticket states that this product is good for Chickweed, Dandelion, and Henbit, but states nothing for Poa!

I called and told them to put down Poison not Pre-emergent, so they came back 2 days later and put down MORE PRE-EMERGENT and MORE LIME, but NO POISON for the Poa. At this point, not only do I have more weeds than lawn, but I am worried that so much lime will burn my Bermuda Grass that is just now trying to green up.

Save your money, these folks are inept or just don't care!!!

Technician was polite and did retreat weed control on yard. Hopefully this retreatment works. See attached. We also use TruGreen for healthy trees and bushes.

These guys are awesome! Great price as well. Every technician I have interacted with has a great attitude. They have also been helpful with tasks outside of their normal scope. Great company!!

TruGreen brings great work ethics to the lawns. Diligence is firmly etched in their work process. I'll recommend their services with eyes closed. Kudos, guys.

The technician acknowledged me as a customer and my concerns for the existing weeds. Matthew explained his assignment (treatment) for today and how he will add additional weed control to reduce the weeds. I appreciate the summary that is provided after the service.
