From the fact that the owner came and saw my house to provide a quote to getting to know the folks in the office over the years, I’ve been very happy with the service. They follow up for feedback and I’ve seen the detailed notes they keep on my house that helps whoever happens to be covering the cleaning. I also like that the business is locally owned and that they give back in the community.

I am a bit disappointed in the move-in cleaning service that I received. At first, I was content after doing a quick walk through before moving. As it was during the middle of the workday and work week, I was not able to do a very thorough inspection of the house.

After moving in, though, I've noticed lots of missed spots of cleaning. It was my understanding that the move-in cleaning service would clean the cabinets and shelves. This did not appear to be done, or if it was done it was not done well. Most shelves, drawers and cabinets I had to reclean. The bathrooms were cleaned, although there were a few locations (such as under the vanity) that were missed. Shelves in the laundry room were not cleaned and I could visibly see trash between the washer and dryer.

They did a good job mopping and vacuuming. Floors were all done very well, so that is at least a positive and merits more than just a single star. The service and the people were very polite as well. However, due to aforementioned issues, I can't recommend them in good conscience.

Bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs were done ok (still some water stains on glass shower door but much cleaner than it was), but the kitchen felt like a surface wipe. Half the sink looked like it hadn’t even been touched, cabinets were still dirty, several baseboards hadn’t been cleaned. Not worth it at all, very disappointed. I hired these people to do a deep clean before I sell my house but I end up having to clean it myself anyway? I hired a cleaner to make this easier and hopefully a professional could hit some of the trouble spots better than I can. But for what was done I could have just done it and saved a few hundred bucks.

Sponge & Sparkle has HANDS DOWN been the best cleaning service we've ever used. I think we're in year FIVE with them, and they've FAR outperformed all of the other cleaning services we used prior to finding S&S.

Arrival time, consistent personnel, and quality of the cleaning are the things most important for us and Sponge & Sparkle have just DELIVERED week after week, month after month, year after year. Any "blips" have been very minor and were quickly resolved - their communication well exceeds the industry standard, based on our experiences.

Sponge & Sparkle is the most professional cleaning service we have ever had. They went above and beyond in the care of our home. We were so thrilled that we have hired them to come back every 2 weeks. The point of contact in the office, Caprice, is also very communicative. We definitely recommend this company.

We have been using Sponge and Sparkle for almost 2 or more years now, and they have been excellent and always very courteous when they come clean as well as over the phone. We have someone scheduled to come every two weeks regularly and they never miss. They are very reliable and do a thorough job cleaning. On only one occasion, there was someone new, and she did not seem to finish the cleaning job completely. I called Sponge and Sparkle and let them know. The nice woman on the phone was very apologetic and had a different person who was more experienced, Gaitlyn, come out the very next day to redo the cleaning. Gaitlyn did an extremely thorough job and cleaned our entire home over again even though it only needed some finishing such as some surfaces, floors and dusting. I am thankful to have found a courteous and reliable company.
