Amazing! My first experience, I ordered a deep clean and what I got was a detailed thorough room to room corner to corner floor to ceiling cleaning. Carmen was amazing. Highly recommend. Pointed out some specific areas I haven’t even thought about, very detailed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The cleaning staff were so nice and kind. I felt very safe having them in my home. I paid for a deep clean but there were a few detailed areas that were missed (ceiling fan, sink drip pan, etc.). So some areas should have been covered given the deep clean price tag but I am willing to try the service one more time.

Carmen and Casha did a phenomenal job on the move-in cleaning at my new property. I was very impressed with how diligent they were and the results afterwards. I will be signing on to do monthly services after this.

I am a long time Sponge & Sparkle client and they still impress me! This was Carmen’s first time cleaning my house and she did a fantastic job. She is friendly, thorough, and professional.

This is the third or fourth time we’ve used this company’s services, and they’ve done a great job every time. Jessica gave our home a deep clean today, and it was spotless from front to back! From the neat vacuum lines on the couch, to the shining kitchen cabinets and hairless floors (when we have 3 pets), we couldn’t be happier. She also remembered cleaning our home almost a year ago and brought two cat toys for our pets. 🥹 It feels so nice to sit and enjoy our clean home. Thank you, Jessica! We appreciate you! My husband and I both have busy schedules and are often away from home, so having a reliable cleaning service once a month has been such a gift. It gives us the chance to focus on errands, relax, and spend quality time together instead of worrying about the apartment.

We’ve tried several cleaning companies in the past, and none compare. Casha has cleaned our apartment twice now, and each visit has been outstanding. She brings such a positive attitude, takes the time to ask thoughtful questions to understand exactly what we’re looking for, and consistently goes above and beyond. She doesn’t just clean around things — she gets underneath and behind them. Her attention to detail and personal initiative truly set her apart.

I was unfortunately a bit disappointed with the overall quality of the cleaning service. For what was advertised as a deep cleaning, it felt like I was constantly having to request tasks that I assumed were already included in the service I paid for. While some areas were cleaned, several important details were overlooked.

For example, the kitchen sink was still dirty afterward—plates, forks, and knives were left unwashed. Floor mats and bed sheets were not put back in place or arranged, and it felt as though we were expected to do that ourselves. Given that we booked a fixed-time deep cleaning, we expected the team to use that time to cover the entire house without us having to insist or feel uncomfortable for asking.

We were especially surprised to return to a master bedroom with an unmade bed. When we asked why, we were told the sheets weren’t available, but even after providing them, the bed still wasn’t made. Additionally, the trash cans were left dirty and uncleaned, which was unexpected for a deep-clean service.

Overall, while some cleaning was done, the attention to detail and completeness fell short of our expectations. I’ve included photos for reference.

Excellent experience with Grill Service Pros. Easy to set up an appointment and clear communication by text as requested. The technician, Spencer, let me know when he was on his way and showed up precisely on time. He worked extremely diligently for almost 4 hours to get two years worth of crud off my Blaze grill. It is now genuinely like new. Highly recommend this company. So impressed I asked them to put me on an annual service plan.

Philip was great! Easy to schedule and our grill and vents look amazing! We had some repairs that needed to be done also and he was able to get the parts and come back out to fix it quickly. We are now on his schedule for annual cleanings. Highly recommend!

Great experience with our recent built-in grill install for our grill island, with Grill Service Pros. Phil and Spencer were thorough in the install and setup, hauled away the old grill and the crate from the new grill. They checked to make sure the gas line was working properly and free of leaks. Left everything spotless. Also took time to give some tips on the grill operation, cleaning basics and recommendations for maintenance. Will recommend to neighbors/friends looking for grill install/cleaning service. Top notch!

I had an older Viking grill that was not operating correctly. I initially thought I had to replace it but called Phillip at Grill Service pros to evaluate it and help me assess the situation and give advice on replacing it. He came out when he committed to and did a thorough evaluation of the grill and provided some recommendations. After cleaning it he was also able to replace the regulator and the grill works well. I really appreciate the honest advice and thoroughness of the work he did.
