Eric and Joshua did an INCREDIBLE job for our last minute move-out clean. They were so kind, thorough, and flexible as we cleared out last minute things ahead of them. If I decide to hire regular cleaners, it's definitely going to be Sponge & Sparkle. Our house is cleaner than it was when we moved in, AFTER it was cleaned professionally!

The experience is stress free with sponge and sparkle because of Shelia. I don’t need to point things out because she has already taken care of it and found areas I have missed. She goes above and beyond to make sure things are spotless. Her attention to detail leaves all areas dust free. I can’t recommend her enough!

I had a move in deep clean with Sponge & Sparkle and was disappointed with the end result. The two stars are for the employee who came as she was very kind and hard working. She wasn’t done by the 4 hour mark, but she said she only had a little bit left to do and stayed an extra 20 mins to finish mopping the first floor. She did accidentally break my laundry room door, but Sponge & Sparkle connected me to a handyman pretty quickly.

There was also a quality control employee who dropped by an hour in and said “things are looking perfect” which lets me know that maybe Sponge & Sparkle and I just have different definitions of what perfect looks like. I thought attention to detail was lacking because a lot of areas were missed like under the sinks, door trims, baseboards. It’s not even that they were too dirty or sticky to remove. I ran a finger over the missed areas and easily removed the dust. There were other areas that the employee didn’t seem well equipped for - she said the stains on the inside of the oven door she couldn’t get off. There was also some leftover tape in the shower that wasn’t cleaned. I wouldn’t recommend them for a deep clean.

We were so pleased with how clean our home was after a deep clean by Sponge & Sparkle. It was clear that the team was detailed oriented and took the time to make sure they didn’t miss anything. I was personally touched by how the team arranged my son’s (many) stuffed animals on his bed after they changed the sheets. Those little touches really make a cleaning service stand apart from the rest.

UPDATE: I've been using Sponge and Sparkle for over a year now and I'm still very happy. I've had Joshua as my sparkler for quite some time now and he is always so friendly, warm, and very thorough in his cleaning. And he never hesitates to ask questions and always asks at the end of each cleaning if everything looks good or if something else is needed. I look forward to Tuesday every 4 weeks for my home cleaning! Highly recommend this company.

Sponge and Sparkle was excellent and Monica my "sparkler" was amazing! I've been trying to keep up with cleaning my 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhome on my own but with work that has been difficult. A friend recommended Sponge and Sparkle and they did not disappoint. Monica showed up on time and was very kind, professional, and thorough! Needless to say my house was sparkling! No dust to be seen including on the blinds and baseboards and my house smelled like a clean citrus that lingered for days. Monica was even nice to come back the next morning to finish up when she ran out of time the day before (not her fault, I had requested a deep clean as my house needed it!). The office staff is also very responsive and walked me through the process and was very upfront about how pricing works. I've signed up for monthly standard cleaning services moving forward and I look forward to it!

I had an amazing experience with Sponge and Sparkle, so much so that I'm booking with them again for my next move out clean! When we moved houses last April 2024 we had Antonia do our move out clean and Erikka do our move in clean. Both were STELLAR. I couldn't have been more happy with the job they did. They worked well with my schedule, budget, etc. Lenore in the office was a delight to work with. I'm moving again soon and will definitely be setting up another round of cleans because the experience was top notch. I have referred them to all my friends who are moving or need regular cleans.

Every surface is clean. The dust is gone. Each corner is vacuumed. It’s so nice to have clean floors on every level. The mirrors and showers are immaculate. When I try to do this myself I always leave streaks. The Sparkle team leaves every room immaculate. They went above and beyond to clean fur off my chairs. I highly recommend this cleaning company. I hired them as a gift to myself. I’m so grateful I did.

We've been using Sponge and Sparkle for more than a year now, and we couldn't be happier. In the beginning, we had rotating cleaners who did a great job, but after Sheila's first visit, we quickly requested her each time. Not only is she warm and friendly, but she does an exceptional job each cleaning. She even asks if we have specific problem areas she should focus on. The office staff is also incredibly communicative and easy to interact with. Highly recommend!

My first Experience with a cleaning service was with Sponge and Sparkle and Paulette was my cleaning professional. She did beyond a five start cleaning service. She also has a very warm and out going personality. I would highly recommend Paulette and the sponge And Sparkle cleaning service.

I would not use this cleaning company again. The best person was Antonia. Unfortunately, she was only one of 3 that showed up to clean my home. Areas were missed (see photos) and I had to have another cleaning crew come to clean my home. Poor Quality. In response to your post, you failed to mention one of the things you requested was for me to delete my review in exchange for a deeply discounted or free cleaning service. I was not interested in that because of the way you and your team responded to my initial calls regarding my dissatisfaction. I have to wonder if the exemplary ratings that you receive is because you request customers delete the negative ones. I hope my review gives other potential customers a balanced view of your services. It’s important to also mention your offers to remedy the situation came after I posted my review.

Very happy with sponge and sparkle! They were very accommodating with my schedule, came in when I wasn’t home and did an excellent job with sweet, personal touches added. I would absolutely reach out again next time I need a good clean!

Casha has been cleaning our home recently and she is AMAZING. Her attention to detail is incredible. Not only does she add such nice little touches to keep our home looking orderly, she works so hard to get it really clean. She’s the best house cleaner I’ve ever had. So glad she is our “Sparkler”!! I booked this service for my friend who can’t clean her home right now. It was so bad she called the company back 6 times to speak to someone about the bad job and nobody would return her call. They told her they would steam mop her floors, they brought a darn swiffer!! Her house is still dirty. The floors are sticky for whatever reason, and the girl used my friends bleach, lost the top, and left the bleach just sitting on the floor and didn’t say anything. She barely vacuumed and just did a horrible job. Nobody will return my friends calls, or send anyone back out to do it properly. Save your 200$ and go with a company who will actually clean. These people should be ashamed of themselves

Edit: Eric Pearson came to fix it and he really went above and beyond to fix the clean. He really tried to make sure my friend is satisfied before he left. Leaving off a star because apparently I’m ignorant, and that was uncalled for. BUT he did do a really good job my friend is very happy now. Thank you

Sponge and Sparkle has been cleaning our home every other week for over a decade. The service is very professional and reliable, and the folks who take care of our home work hard and are personable and respectful. I really appreciate all of the “sparklers” who have shown care to my home over the years!

We just had our first cleaning with Sponge and Sparkle and all I can say is WOW! Jessica did an outstanding job cleaning, was friendly and professional, and a joy to work with. It took a few misses with other cleaning companies, but Sponge and Sparkle is a hit! Can't wait to have them back.

I cannot say enough about Sponge & Sparkle from the initial connection with Caprice, who comprehensively explained to me what services they provide, followed by the matching of cleaners and scheduling, to the actual cleaning service providers (Antonia & Gaitlyn) themselves -- they were all extremely professional, thorough and kindhearted. As a professional myself I was very impressed by their communication, workflow, communication and the girls attention to detail in navigating and cleaning our home. Sponge And Sparkle has been my cleaner for more than two decades, cleaning three different homes. I would never consider changing to a different business. They are always reliable, always impeccable and offer incredible customer service. I cannot recommend them enough.
